I recently purchased a home in St. James and used the services of Mr. Bollhofer to represent me as a buyer. I have to say I am very pleased with the service provided. There were no hidden costs and they were very good with getting me to get most of the information needed from the town to save costs and time. I had much of the paper work. A lot of other places will bill you a lot of money for this. The other lawyer incorrectly prepared his documents in respects to the seller’s name and Mr. Bollhofer picked up on this saving a problem with registering the deed.
They also addressed all of my questions quickly and correctly. I believe their main area of expertise is Elder law and I would not hesitate to use them if I were dealing with an estate or will.
Their Paralegal Colleen was especially helpful and they always got back to me in a very short period of time. Overall a very good experience and it is really good to have someone like this in the community.
