I was looking for a new dentist and I called because one of my friends had said they were great but the receptionist was SO rude on the phone! She pretty much turned me away and said the doctor isn’t taking new clients and will only take patients if they are family! I would stay away from this office since the receptionist thinks she can make decisions without asking the dentist first. Very disappointing to be treated so rudely and talked to so poorly!

I have been using Dr. Ballard for years, since 2005 as I recall. I must say what a Dentist for the people, Dr. Ballard will not suggest you get things you do not need, as well as will find the most inexpensive way for the patient to get the work done that is truly needed, not run up a bill for you and your insurance company.
So my girlfriend Colene recently moved here from Nashville and needed a check up, so I recommend Dr. Ballard Every time !!!
