Blooma is an amazing place for pregnant women. I have gone to prenatal yoga classes here through two pregnancies and have always enjoyed the sense of community. The work outs are perfect since you can get a work out, but also feel supported with your changing body. All the teachers are so kind and welcoming. I seriously don’t know how I would have made it through both my pregnancies without Blooma. They also offer all kinds of other services and classes for non-pregnant women which I may decide to take advantage of after this baby is born, but I am less familiar with those options. It’s unfortunate that the previous reviewer had a negative experience, this is a small business that I believe only opens 15 minutes before classes or appointments and is generally locked at other times. That is fairly common at Yoga studios I have visited in the past, though clearly his situation was poorly managed.

Well that was weird… Walked into the shop on Selby Ave mid-afternoon on a Sunday 12÷21÷14 intending to buy a gift card for my pregnant wife for a Christmas gift. Upon opening the door walked downstairs to find nobody attending to the front desk, main phone, or upstairs in any of the studio spaces. After calling out and shouting«Hello?» for 15 minutes, concerned and confused, I decided the best thing would be to call the police(non-emergency) to inform them there’s an unoccupied business in St. Paul that may be missing it’s owner/operator. After 30 minutes, I walked outside expecting to greet the cops whom I anticipated any minute and ensure no other people entered the building. However, after a couple minutes of standing in the rain I got locked out by the ‘employee’ who apparently was conducing her ‘massage’ in the back of the building and left without a Gift card/certificate. Didn’t even open the door before she flipped the deadbolt! Strange way to run a business and attract new customers…
