Overall I think the service is fast and they moved the line pretty quickly. I will say that the 2 times I’ve been to this location I can tell you that they’re a bit light on topping you with a good amount. Today my burrito was so small I made a comment at the checkout. They didn’t do anything about it but this was no joke about half the size of what I get at other locations. I’m a bigger guy at 6 – 5200lbs so I would probably avoid this location if you are a big eater. You shouldn’t be hungry after an $ 8 burrito but I was. No issues with food quality however. I’d visit other restaurants in Woodbury if you can.

My husband and I convinced my my mother in law to try Chipolte for the first time yesterday afternoon. He and I frequently visit their locations in Colorado — the service isn’t always exceptional(though often it truly is). Either way, I’ve consistently found the customer service at the CO locations to be satisfactory at the very least. So today I was literally in shock by how we were treated by an employee named Alex. First, when my husband inquired about a military discount, she snapped back with a very curt, snotty«NO.» Caught off guard by what appeared to be blatant rudeness regarding something businesses use to honor and express appreciation for the men and women who fight for our country, we just continued making and paying for our order. After my mother in law paid, she asked for a side of «taco sauce» meaning salsa. The casheir sent her over to their hot sauce collection but I was able to figure out what she was really looking for and I walked her back over to the counter to show her their salsas. This is when things got a little crazy. I pointed over/beyond the glass to show her hot vs mild etc… Alex ran over to us and in a raised voice with a very condescending tone, she yells«excuse me! Could you not put your hand over here? The glass is there for a reason!» My hand was about 2 feet above the salsas i was pointing to at no point was I in contact with the food… I was apalled to have been spoken to that way, especially when I was essentially doing her job by explaining product she had neglected to. I asked her name — «Alex» she told me, rolling her eyes and i asked for her managers contact information. In the same condescending, very rude tone she said, while walking over to the register«you can walk right over here and get this card» and actually pointed at the cards. I did try to call the manager and the person who answered just sat the phone down to put me «on hold» where i waited for 10+ minutes before hanging up. I will be emailing corporate after finishing this post — I’m sure they will be thrilled to hear about one of their own, giving no ***‘s about customer service, just after they spent so much time and money on making a great comeback from the ecoli scare causing their stores to sit empty so long! I don’t know if this Alex just didn’t like me for some reason, had something against the military(our inquiry about a military discount seemed to trigger all the rudeness to begin) or is just faarrr too rude and tactless to be working with the public. I have spent years working in the service industry — much of which was in food service so I have vast understanding of what is expected and acceptable, hence I am appalled by what went on at this Chipotle. As mentioned above, this was my mother in laws first visit to a Chipolte– and because of this instance beinf so negative — it will also be her last.

Stale chips… again! Third time at this location! A quick quality check on the hour would solve this!

This visit was AWFUL. My friend and I went at 11, when there was like NO line. We were rushed through the line, didn’t put what we wanted on it, and didn’t listen to our requests. We asked for extra sour cream, and got a little dot extra. We asked for extra lettuce, and no extra lettuce was given. The employees were also rolling their eyes and making rude faces. On top of that, we went in specifically to get a $ 25 giftcard and use the free burrito. It should be better advertised that it has to be used on a different visit. in addition, the manager was just downright RUDE when explaining it to us. If I can, I will avoid going to this chipotle. It’s unfortunate, because the food is good, but the customer service today was downright AWFUL.

Well I didn’t get sick, so two stars for that much effort(but when you go into a place to eat, you shouldn’t feel like your flipping the coin on whether you are going to wake up crapping your pants the next day…) I had a burrito here, all in all not bad, but not good. I wanted steak and I noticed that there was just grissly little bits left of it when I walked up to place my order. I saw that they were cutting fresh stuff in the back. Now it occurred to me that this could go down two ways: server gives me grissly crap steak or grabs some of the good chunks getting cut in the back. According to my review, want to know which one he picked? Yep, grissly crap steak. Ruined the whole burrito, but luckily since the pieces were so small and the portion was so small because of small pieces, I was able to hide it with rice and beans… wait a minute I paid more for STEAK! Why am I trying to hide it? I should of asked the server to remake my burrito, but it was busy and I didn’t want to make other people wait or be «that guy». So I took one for the team. Chipotle, you are not winning me over.

Ugh. Got a burrito bowl to go and when I tasted undercooked crunchy rice, I called the establishment ASAP to complain and suggested they discontinue serving to future customers. No apology or any effort to make amends! Just a «will check into it» attitude. After numerous chances and the latest negative media coverage, I am quite disappointed and will not visit again.

The bad: — Uncomfortable furniture — Typically out-the-door traffic(probably not their fault unless it’s a new employee working) — Could see an employee eating chips up front — Find myself repeating that I want frequently The good: — Great attitudes — Generally clean — Always a spot to sit — I get a good amount of everything. Nothing is worse than seeing the bottom of your bowl because the management enforces stinginess on cheap things like lettuce and rice, so I prefer to come here. — Great location Definitely better than other locations I’ve visited and I hope my comments help them improve.

This location has been getting worse and worse. This review for this location. *: If someone orders an item dont make them ask and ask and ask for things. Like when I say chicken burrito bowl and you say rice, I say white. Dont then just automatically launch my bowl to next person doing salsa. I say I would like black beans and you garb my bowl back slop on a bean or three and launch it back to salsa area. I wasn’t done… Really. I wanted veggies. This is my dinner. Wake the heck up. Try to care. * That brings me to this: Lose the tude or wake the heck up. 3 of the 4 people on the line were like zombies, lethargic, and just terrible tonight. One would only say salsa so quietly nobody heard her, nor did she understand that the first person didn’t put the beans on peoples order they asked for as he was sliding away so fast(not just ours). The 3rd kid was just lost. Orders got messed up. ***The cashier was great. She spoke up, smiled and moved with a bit of urgency and didn’t throw my dinner. She seemed like she knew what she was doing. I didn’t see a name tag. *: SPEAKUP. and say more than«salsa» when behind the counter. I say again. SPEAKUP. We can not hear you. There are people, music, and noises. Thats why every customer keeps going WHAT? WHAT? The whole line in front of me and behind continuously said«WHAT» …sigh *: Drain the juices better from the salsa or any item going on a burrito or in a bowl. My burrito bowl was a soup tonight and my friends burritos were wet sloppy messes unable to be consumed as a burrito. We were in the car. Juice was running out of them non stop. I could tip my bowl and drink it. Horrible. Wish would have noticed at store. *: This one. this one is just… well… When hastily grabbing salsa without draining and pulling that spoon full of juices to the counter over other food items; dont let the juice just pour into the sour cream like I watched you do tonight. * When someone orders chips and guac: Be clean/neat. Dont just pile the guac all over the outside of the lil container your putting it in. There was almost as much around the outside of that container as inside and then eventually in the bag and then my hands because you are messy. * This location has gotten exceptionally skimpy with everything. Here is example: I asked for lettuce. Lettuce… and I get 11 strands on my bowl. Yes. I counted them. it wasn’t hard. there wasn’t that many… 11 to be exact. 3 of us when tonight and all 3 agree. This was the worse Chipotle visit we have ever had. TERRIBLE. None of us could eat our orders and had to make another stop. Wasted time and money.

Me and my husband love this place. the food is always fresh, never greasy, always full of customers which makes the space live. The servers are polite and the space is reasonably clean. «It could be cleaner though».

This location is horrible. Tonight the rice crunched it was so undercooked. One of the employees flung meat on the burrito in front of mine with such force it ended up on my veggie burrito.

Not my favorite spot. If you go there with the intention of taking it to go it’s good or if you are going there to eat on their patio it is good. If you are planning on going to eat inside, it isn’t the best I have been to and it would rank as one of the least pleasurable. The staff is pretty good when I have been there, so I will give the place that.

This chipotle Is by far the worst in the twin cities. The staff doesn’t know what they are doing. The line is always long and they have 6 people in the service line standing there not knowing what to do. They are very sloppy as well, I asked for a side of black beans and the guy grabbed two cups, he then threw the extra cup towards the counter and it bounced and went into the hot salsa. He picked it out looked around to see if anyone was looking and then decided to throw the cup away. At this time the counter was very dirty, messy and no one wanted to clean it up. On Saturday(probably the busiest day of the weekend) the line again was out the door and they ran out of black beans when I was standing in the doorway, by the time I got up to the front of the line(23 mins later) they had just put beans on the stove. They asked me to stand there and wait 5 mins and they would hold the line on me until the beans were done! This is why you’re so darn slow on customer service!!! Ugh this Chipotle needs a whole new staff and a new manager. I now go out of my way(driving past this one) to go to another chipotle! Beware…

An Abercromie and Fitch sort of place: looks inviting, but the awful, loud music and uncomfortable furniture says they really don’t want you hanging around. The limited menu has flavorful selections. I like the colorful ‘sides’ you can add. It’s impossible to get a low-rice burrito. They stuff those suckers full of rice and wind them tight in no-release foil packets. You’ll get an immense, high-gluten football that could serve two people, but you’ll devour all by yourself. I bet those suckers weight 2 – 3 lbs. And though impossible by The Law Of Thermodynamics, you will be 4 – 5 lbs heavier after eating one. Or feel that way. [blort]
