Delta Sky Club at G Terminal. Horrible Customer Service. Manager Donald should be fired. How he has a job there is beyond me! Especially for something that serves high end business travelers. He would NEVER be hired at my company. Condescending, Pompous, Arrogant SOB.

I really love this place. Its way better than the other MSP delta club. The reason this one is so nice is that it used to be an old school Northwest lounge. You can always tell if you’re at an old NW lounge by the self serve bar. I always pencil in an hour or so here before and after flights. The food is okay. No complaints there. The booze is fine. I like how everyone has been bitching about the low quality booze. These people are whiners. Since when has Stolli vodka, Bombay gin, and baileys Irish cream been cheap? Never. They could always serve Seagram’s, people. Get off your high horses.

I’ve been to Delta Sky Clubs all over the country. This one is my all time favorite. It’s comfortable, peaceful, rustic, and has a warm cozy feel to it. The self service lounge with a beautiful fireplace makes for a very pleasant layover. In fact, this Sky Club makes you feel like you’re not on a layover at all. It’s more like a classic chalet nestled up in the woods somewhere. The dark woods, marble floors, and leather accents are the perfect way to spend those dreaded hours waiting for your next flight. The service here has always been great. The bar is self serve. The selection of soups, salads, fresh vegetables, crackers and cheese, and of course my all time favorite — fresh popcorn, are on point. Thank you Delta, one more reason I choose you over any other airline out there.

Nice space, good wifi, nice bar. Airy and quiet. Bathrooms a bit subpar compared to other sky clubs. Food selection was quite inadequate, but I was here at 3pm, so maybe that is why.

This place sucks! It’s like walmart on a Friday night after payday. Lighting is very bright. Seats are as bad as sitting in airport waiting area. Don’t waste your money or time on this dump!

Delta lounge near C gates. Hate dodging screaming kids and speeding trams while you are trying to kill time on a layover? Looking to remove yourself from the crowds while waiting for the next flight? This is a fine spot to do it. Open bar, snacks, and coffee readily available. Not full meals, but it certainly beats those loud, crowded restaurants in the airport. Ample seating is available that will not have you rubbing elbows with your neighbors. Staff was friendly and pleasant. No issues upon entering. Old glasses, newspapers and junk was cleared away with gusto. Private workstations, changing rooms and clean bathrooms during our visit. On a side note it is pretty disturbing to see so many people leave all their trash on the tables as they scamper off. Trash receptacles abound only a few feet away. The audacity and sense of entitlement. Little piggies — Snort! Snort!

Another pretty boring Delta Skyclub. Open space, mediocre food and a bar serving cheap alcohol. Draft beer and wine for free and bottled beer and drinks to pay for… Not much you can do here!

Weak. Always really crowded, no privacy anywhere, and horrible selection of cheap rotgut alcohol. Giving 2 stars for the decent food choices.

As Delta Sky Clubs go this one is pretty sub-par I’d have to say. I’ve only been more underwhelmed by the Nashville Club, easily the bottom of the barrel. Surprising because the rest of this airport is attempting to put on the airs that it’s a great modern facility(it isn’t… it’s a suburban Mall surrounded by an airport). While some of the better clubs like La Guardia and Atlanta are modern, open and airy with lots of visual space and comfortable seating, this one is closed off by walls, partitions and an odd TV room with a self-serve bar. Talk about a dream come true for an alcoholic. It looks and feels dated and hasn’t quite gotten the message people are carrying electronics needing recharging. Still, good wi-fi, access to drinks and a respectable amount of food beats the heck out of the terminal. Can’t say I’d return here though. I love coming to the airport a few hours early to relax, beat the crowd and any screening stress and kick back but while the good clubs are worth it, I can’t say this is one of them.

The amenities are nice, well over average. My initial impression was skewed by the woman who received me and felt the need to treat anything other than a welcomed guest… Ms. Sonnie Q. No, I am not a member, but yes, I did upgrade my flight to include access to the sky club. Was this not obvious from the monitor you read after scanning my boarding pass and checking my identification? What’s the point of purchasing an upgrade if you still get the same treatment of, you don’t belong here. Sweetie, check the mirror… You’re a minority too. Get a clue. Overall, nice and moderately quiet. As I sit in the«Quiet Room», I hear the sounds of laptop keyboards, whispering headphones, the ting ting ting of glasses being stacked, papers being sorted, chit chatting travelers and the occasional clank of the dustpan dropping to the floor. Maybe an area behind closed doors would be better suited for a quiet room? Seating is ample and comfortable, with outlets at every seat. Good views of the runway and surrounding area. They are serving chicken noodle soup and minestrone today, very tasty. All of the accoutrements are available, though not in one location, so I’m off to locate the crackers for my yummy soup. Here for three hours so I will add feedback to this post as well as check out the other Club in the airport and get back to u.

This is one of the self service Clubs. Not too crowded and all food items were well stocked. Nice view, something lacking in an airport.

This is a review of the delta lounge at MSP concourse C. Do you like old school delta lounges? Like self service bars with non modern décor? Think now deceased JFK terminal 3… Well this is the lounge for you. Help yourself to wine, beer on tap, and hard liquor. No bartender patrol here. And they have improved Delta food options. Plenty of plugs for your laptops and phones.

I missed my connection so have a few hours to kill. This is a nice club with free food and booze. The clubs have really improved over the years and this is a great one for sure. Lots of space to relax and unwind while killing time. Also no wait to talk to a customer service rep about my connection.

Stopped by MSP Delta Sky Club for the first time this week. I am sitting on the lounge chair I saw something moving on the floor from the corner of my eye, I stood up to get a closer look and see 2 mice right next to a lady and her bags. I scream and the mice run away. I tell my husband let’s leave and I tell the front desk employees they have mice and they go «oh. We know and the exterminator is working on it» really??? That’s it? There is food just sitting out not even covered and children running around. The Health Dept should shut them down. My husband travels through MSP all the time he is not allowed to snack at the Delta Sky Club there. Disgusting and horrible customer service.

One of the nicest domestic sky clubs I’ve been to! Has a quiet area, do it yourself bar and plenty of different seating options. Makes the layover a little less annoying.

I’ve really not been to that many Delta Sky Clubs. I’ve been to the one at CVG and this one here at MSP. MSP Delta Sky Club Rocks! The quiet room(where people don’t know how to be quiet, which is extraordinarily annoying), a section for those actually working(this is where I ended up) with little cubbies with easy charging options and a great room for drinking when that’s what someone wants to do. This place is huge and comfortable. I can always find a place to recharge and relax. While I don’t have a lot of DSC experience, I have to say this one is top notch.

This is an old style Sky Club which is completely self service. They even have a dressing room to change from Business attire to into comfortable travel jeans or vice versa. Given the number of Delta people working the desks, I would have been much happier had they notified me my flight was moved about 20 gates. I would hope this is the exception v the norm as it’s tough to determine why Delta has so many employees on a weeknight in MSP when they are 50% of this level at LAX handling check-in.

I love Delta Sky club, well I love the old Delta Sky club. The newer ones at the major airports have downgraded their liquor and now have up sell premium spirits, beer, and wine. This will always irritate me since I pay 300 – 400 a year for this service. The other issue is that if you want to buy upgraded drinks, you have to pay with a credit card. I realize most people have credit cards but its a pain if I’m just having one drink. On the plus sides of the Sky Club has great concierge service, television, wifi, and the biggest benefit is when flights are delayed or need to be changed, I don’t have to wait in line. I’ve had a membership for 6 – 7 years now and I would have a difficult time traveling without it but when I see clubs like the new American Express club in Vegas airport, I realize that Delta has a ways to go if they want this to be something customers would want to buy.

Is this the best Sky Club in Delta’s system? No, but it is one of the few remaining ones with a self serve bar. For that very reason it gets one star alone. Like others have said, this is the older and not the renovated one, which is good, because this one tends to be less crowded than the one by F/G concourse. Another good feature about this club is the separate service desk for rebooking/assistance. This alone can save you a huge about of time when there is weather/maintenance issues. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The layout if the lounge allows for you to not feel as cramped and provides a relaxing environment when compared to the terminal. In short if you want to escape the hustle and bustle, it is a good place to chill out at.
