Always on time or early! great service always hot and fresh. Love the online ordering app. Lots of coupons too. I hate chain places but this is a great place to order from as a go to pizza place

Had such a bad experience. Took the time to order all my food then was told that they can’t deliver in my area. Tried to transfer me to another store and turns out the other store closed. Figured they could bring it anyway for the in convenience but NOPE. Such bad service and the lady on the phone was soo rude and had no shame for her mistake. And no apology! I have worked in the food industry and would never treat a customer the way she did. Never ordering dominoes again just because of this one experince.

If there was an option to give no stars, that’s what they would get the absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had at any place anywhere!!! There are constant quality and temperature issues each time I order from here so generally I avoid at all cost. but I got a coupon and decided to give it the old college try just once more… BIG mistake! My boyfriend and I ordered a specialty pizza online and made some changes to it. when he completed the order he forgot to add a beverage. So I called in to add it to our order, upon speaking with someone at the store I was told «we know who you are, you ordered the pizza with all the changes, i almost called you and told you not to do that again! next time you need to call and order a make your own. why would you change a specialty pizza!» long story short the conversation ended by me being hung up on 4 times when asking for the name and number for the general manager. in between I was told that domino doesn’t care about my business. apparently the Pizza thug that answered the phone was the manager of that location refused to refund us for a pizza that I asked to cancel after being verbally abused by him for sharing my distaste for his approach. In the end we had to call another location to get info on how to get a refund and who to report this monstrosity of an individual to. I don’t expect much from Dominions but this time they have crossed the line! if ever in the area don’t order from this place, because should you choose to do so you can expect to be belittled by disgruntled pizza boy drop outs!
