Highland Dental Care

I am very pleased with the service from all of the staff at Highland Dental Care. I know that all of my dental needs will be taken care of. One thing that is particularly pleasing the ability to get appointments at the times I need them. They offer a nice variety of hours. I recommend Highland Dental Care to everyone I know.

Dr. Brooks and his Highland Dental staff are top notch. He has been in practice for a very long time and it shows. He has patients that have been coming to his dental clinic for years. A great location in the Highland Park area of St.Paul. The hours are convenient and you can almost always get in. The hygienists are very nice and knowledgeable. The front desk gets you in and out quickly and can answer most any questions you might have. I would recommend Highland Dental to anyone looking for a great dental office.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Highland Dental with Dr. Brooks and do not recommend him at all. He is extremely unfriendly and cold, although his staff is very nice (almost apologetic). I was appalled when Dr. Brooks simply left the room while I was asking questions. It left me and the hygenist dumbfounded. In addition, my mouth feels worse after visiting Dr. Brooks 3 times. In response to a sensitive tooth I had, Dr. Brooks replaced a silver filing with a minor crack. Now I cannot eat on that side of my mouth and all he recommends is using sensitive toothpaste. I had very much wanted to support this local dentist in my new neighborhood, but Dr. Brooks’ behavior and questionable dentistry are unacceptable.
