I love the idea of a crêpe stand in downtown, and Meritage executes it beautifully!
So far, I’ve only tried the savory – bacon, spinach, and cheese. It was terrific! The server was friendly and quick – a nice plus for moving the line along. They have hightops where you can stand and enjoy your crêpe.
Wonderful lunch for a summer day. Now, I just need to go back and try the sweet crepes!

My daughter, 10, and I stopped by during the lunch hour. I bought her one, she devoured it and 10 minutes later I went back to buy her another. I had to convince her to let me taste, both were delicious.
I don’t get downtown much during the day, but if I am over the lunch hour and need to eat something quick, this is were I’ll be.

I had a crêpe here recently after being curious walking by all summer. It was okay… not bad certainly, but pretty blah. The guy making them was too cool for school and that kind of put a damper on the experience too… and then they don’t like it if you sit at one of their tables to eat. Overall, I am glad I tried it once, but I won’t stop again.
