Bought a Yamaha keyboard from them and found out after the return period that the MIDI ports are unusable since the back of the case was warped from heat. They also sold me on a scratch-and-dent acoustic guitar that had its front face repaired, but the neck is not stable through temperature and humidity changes, so it plays dull and out of tune near the 12^th fret.
I learned my lesson; I will never buy another broken piece of junk from these guys.

So I’m just a novice guitar player, I’ve been playing for a year or so, and I’ve been looking to upgrade from my starter guitar. So I went in with a mission the only problem was I didn’t know where to start… Thankfully Dave came to my rescue he told me to take every guitar down and just sit and play it and to see what it felt like… I narrowed it down to about six, slowly eliminating them until I had two. Which is when he had me close my eyes and without looking play each of the guitars, to listen to them without using my eyes… What an experience, that’s how I ended up with my guitar which I faithfully named Ivan. I even ended up bringing in my starter guitar which helped me to get a hard case and a guitar strap… I’m all set, and if I ever have any questions I know I can count on Dave and all the other staff. Such wonderful and helpful service is a must when your looking at making an investment in your art… Btw they have guitars in all price ranges!!! :P
