I have never been anything but satisfied with the printing services I received at this location. I’ve visited both the Rosemount and St. Louis Park locations and have had issues at both. The staff here are straightforward and are able to resolve issues as they arise without bringing me into the picture. Very stress-​free. Rated four stars because when someone in the print department is out sick, the print department is basically non-​functional. This happened several times for up to a week. It would be great if some staff could be cross-​trained to help in print.
