Save a trip and don’t go to the Woodbury location. No one will help, no one to wait on you… I stood there trying to get a chair… finally I had to start taking them apart (they were stacked) one by one until I could get the one I wanted. Two clerks were helping one person. One clerk did stop and offer assistance. but to tell me I shouldn’t have to do that. (yea I know but who will I ask). So after getting the chair I wanted /​needed. I stood in line to make my purchase and stood and stood … people before got to go first cause the clerk looked at them first.
Not a good experience… if I haven’t been forced to buy that dang chair I would have left but it was the principal of it all… standing and waiting and standing and waiting. if that is ok with you go ahead and shop at Pier I Woodbury. be sure to have plenty of time to waste…. and don’t expect any help

Hadn’t been in a Pier 1 in 15 years, it’ll probably take 15 more for me to forget how crappy they are again. Is there anyone out there who likes to be descended upon by over zealous sales people? I felt like vultures were circling me waiting for me to die!
