Dr. Nate Burdash is nice however since he is the only chiro there, the office is very busy. He constantly has back to back patients therefore doesn’t leave him with much time to go over your concerns. Most times he’ll go over your concerns right in front of other patients while he is adjusting them. I’ve schedueled one on one time with him to go over my concerns but I usually have to cancel or go back to work late(because I’m meeting him during my lunch hour and it doesn’t help that his office closes at 3PM and opens 9AM). The receptionist is a bag of dumb rocks. I’ve repeatedly told her that due to my hectic work schedule, I cannot schedule my appts more than 1 week in advance; however she’ll schedule me based on my last week’s appointment times.(I don’t understand what’s so hard to comprehend that what works for me this week, will not work for me next week!) Do not use Laurie as a massage therapist, she will cut your time short by 5 minutes(even if she’s the cause for starting your massage session late). Also, because Dr. Burdash is the only chiro, the team WILL fail to notify you that Dr. Burdash won’t be in the office. You will unknowingly go to your appt, only to be told that he is out(he’s not out often but when he is, there is no replacement and no courtsey call to ask if you would like to reschedule — same goes for the massage therapist — they will use a replacement but will not let you know the therapist you scheduled with won’t be coming). The room where you get adjusted is in an open area where other patients are also completing their physical therapy. The room is small and very cramped. Not only this but the office allows loiters(YESLOITERS — people who aren’t patients!), patients, and kids to sit in that open room so it is not comfortable when you are trying to complete physical therapy. The office also allows kids, patients and loiters to hang out in their office area — there have been plenty of times that I’ve gone to the office to talk to whom I thought was staff, only to find out that they aren’t. The location has a lot of potential, just how the business is run, needs major work. The only reason why I continue to come here is because of the convenience of the location and because I’m going through a court battle for my injury and don’t want to change chiropractice care as it will delay my case longer. Otherwise, I would not recommend coming here.

Great chiropractic office that was recommended to me by a coworker, and that I also recommend. Dr. Burdash(and staff) is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He is skilled in many treatment modalities, and focuses not just on back cracking, but on the patient’s overall well-being. I find it very easy to get appointments that work with my schedule. When I get a sports injury(or the inevitable random back/neckache), a visit to Dr. Burdash gets me feeling better quickly.
