They came fast. It’s an old house and they understood the issues. Problem solved. They work fast too… not skipping corners fast, but got it done quickly. Very professional.

Three words: Horrible customer service. I called at 8am about my shower not being functional. I was told that they would have someone out to take a look between 10am and 2pm. What do you know, 2:30 rolls around and I get a call saying they won’t be coming today, and that they probably cannot come tomorrow either. Might have been nice if I’d not been left waiting at home for 5 hours, for no reason! I might have called a different plumber.

Contacted Roto-​Rooter to come out to my business to do an estimate for work we needed done. They gave me a 3 hour appointment window, called one hour into the window saying that they were going to be late but they did not know exactly how late they were going to be. They called again at the end of the appointment window saying they would be here within 30 minutes, never heard from the technician again or saw him at all. Very unimpressed that they were not able to get someone out within the window or ever show up at all. Did I mention that my business address is within 1 mile of their location?!
