I have a paranoia that revolves around asbestos, so much so I see a psychologist about it. George and his team, including Ryan, have always been prompt, courteous and fair. They walked through my recently purchased home and pointed out what was bad and what was okay. Their pricing has always been fair, the team has always showed up on time and have always been quick and efficient.
What makes Shelter Tech so special is how very delicately George has handled my unique views on asbestos. I have called him up and asked for more and more tests, and despite George making it clear that the tests were not needed he would run them for me (they always come back negative per George’s prediction). He has literally pulled me aside and explained, at length, how asbestos works and what you should and should not be concerned with. I truly believe that George cares about more than just making money, he cares about his customers and their concerns.
Living in an old house I will occasionally come across something that concerns me, and George is always there to help me overcome my fears and set my troubled mind at ease. You will not find a more dedicated man and operation.
