Staples

I have used Staples several times for my small business. They have done everything I’ve needed them to do, on time, and sometimes with not a lot to work with. Recently I sent them a project I needed done the next day and they let me know they could print it but not fold or staple it because of the short notice I gave them. I came in to pick up my job and the staff was just finishing up folding the programs, which were already stapled. Samantha and her team are awesome and I’d highly recommend them!

Color copies are much better at UPS, then Staples at Har Mar Mall. I went to Staples and made some copies, the yellows did not not show up and the photos were very poor quality. I then went to UPS and my copies here were good in that the yellows showed and the photos were much better quality to look at. I will not go back for copies at Staples because the quality was not very good compared to the color copies at UPS in Roseville I made afterwards at UPS.

nothing really to review here except the staff I guess?.. went in here to get my ink cartridges re-​filled. They don’t however re-​fill ink cartridges so I just bought new ones. As expected a little prices on Hewlett-​freaking-​packard inks. or as you noobs know it HP.
they were very helpful. get the rewards card, it helps. Gave a me a $ 2 discount. Hey! don’t hate, $ 2 goes a long way nowadays.

I was really surprised to see all of the merchandise they stock at Staples. Toilet paper? People that use office supplies need to go to. just seemed kind of out of place with a big display of Angel Soft…
Walked in looking for a specific item and visibly looked like I need help, came across two floor members chatting. Before I could ask a question they dispersed into their hiding spots.
It took awhile to find someone to help me, when I did, the guy was pretty helpful, but it seemed like all of the sales staff on the floor were hiding or going out there way not to make eye contact.
Decent selection of items.
Found what I was looking for, so yay for that…

I can’t complain. I have found the Staples at Har-​Mar Mall mall to be just fine. I have never nor will I ever need them to do computer service for me. So I can’t comment on that, but from what I have read from other review websites, you should probably stay away from them with computer repair. I recommend General Nanosystems for computer repair.
The sales people at this Staples have always been helpful, but one of them was pushy about getting me to buy extended contracts. They want to make you think that their service warranty is a lot better than going straight to the manufacture, but I get the feeling that they don’t actually do anything, they just contact the manufacture for you and then charge you for it.
So save your money and don’t buy the extended warranties or the «Staples Service Warranties» because I got a feeling they are BS.
