Just to clarify. Tams was open when we got there. They were about to close as there had been no customers however they remained open to do services for us!!!

Lied about their prices and gave me something I didn’t ask for. The lady was very rude towards me and talked to me like I was clueless.

Thought about trying a new nail salon… horrible decision! I was so in and out for a pedicure, it is crazy. She didn’t tell me my options. The stuff for calluses was applied on my wet feet. Lotion was applied after my nail polish was on so it only went on my legs and the top of my feet. She didn’t ask me for a design… nothing! I should’ve known when she asked me if I wanted gel nail polish for my toes because the dry faster. I told her if she was closing or concerned about timing, I could come back. Of course, she said no. Bathroom was dirty looking and the mop they used while customers were still in there atrocious! Last but not least, one of the ladies was putting curls in her hair. Never again!

This was the worst experience I’ve had a nail salon. She burned my finger nails by filing them down too far, even after I asked her to stop numerous times(for what was supposed to be a simple polish removal). They whole place was dirty.

What a nice and talented group of ladies who work at Tam’s Nails! When I visit Tam’s I am usually in need of some serious«me time». In my job I am the one who waits on my clients hand and foot each day so it is a welcome change to have someone take care of me when I am here. Thank you for always helping me to get to my happy place when I visit!

Tams Nails is conveniently located in Valley Creek Plaza near Rainbow Foods and Kohls. I don’t usually get manicures and pedicures, but overall, I was pleasantly satisfied with my experience. My cuticles have seriously never looked better! And I thought it was well-priced. $ 15 for a manicure and $ 27 for a pedicure. My only complaint is that I wish there was a bigger range of nail polish colors and brands. Also, some of the bottles looked really old.
