I recommend Tradition Roofing and Exteriors whole heartedly. Their work is top-​notch and their people are knowledgeable and friendly.
Before contacting Tradition, I received an estimate from one of «those» kind of roofing companies — You know the type, the ones that come by and leave a business card if your door and when you ask them to check out your roof they, of course, say you need and entirely new roof. When Scott Landa (who, in the interest of full disclosure, is the husband of a former coworker) came out to take a look at my roof he had an entirely different, and thankfully less expensive, opinion. After a quick repair, Scott was able to fix the area of my roof that I was concerned about. As he was leaving, I asked if I needed a new roof. Scott’s answer was no.
I not only appreciated Scott’s professionalism, but also his honesty. I’m sure he would have loved to put an entirely new roof on my home, but it wasn’t needed and he was able to accurately assess the situation and didn’t rip me off. When the time comes that I do need a new roof, I’ll be giving Tradition Roofing and Exteriors a call.
