Firestone Complete Auto Care

Didn’t end up servicing my car, but totally impressed by staff and quality of this store. Took my SUV in with a couple of nails in tire. A tech seemed eager to help me right away after the manager opened the store with warm greetings to the few customers like myself w/​car troubles.
The tech walked out to my vehicle, looked at the tire closely, made a quick analysis w/​reasonable expectations, and was apologetic yet honest about needing to have it dropped off due to workload. I couldn’t, so he immediately called the next closest store for a better time (which ultimately did the job, but all I could think was «I wish I could have gotten it fixed at this place instead» Super friendly and professional, would go out of my way to return. Their inside waiting area was upscale and clean too.

Great customer service! Rich was amazing and talked to me like a human being and not like a women that doesn’t know much about cars! I will be returning to this location!
