If I could give zero star rating I would. I purchased a gift card for my daughter for Christmas. As children are, she misplaced it but found it today. It was an $ 80 gift card that expired just last month. Yes it is her fault for misplacing it. So I thought I would call the nail/​spa and talk to the owner if she would still take the gift card. She stated that no she would not accept it because if she accepted for me she would have to accept it for everyone. My question for her was why does she put an expiration date on it to begin with and she stated that was just the way her business was. To me it is like she hopes all gift cards expires so she can steal your money without having to give you the service you paid for. Not only was she unreasonable she was also rude when she said she would call me back later in the week to discuss it because she was with a customer. I am also a customer but she is willing to dismiss me because she already stole my money. I told her that she would lose two customers and probably more since word of mouth is powerful and she did not care. As a business owner you would think she would want to keep customers and try to work something out. I am very disappointed with this business and will never be back again. What a way to run your business into the ground!

Very welcoming. The staff. The service. Cleanliness. I have nothing bad to say about them. Honestly I went a week ago n I’m on my way in today. This is my new nail shop.

I love this salon. Everyone is friendly and professional. It is exceptionally clean and they make sure you are happy with your service before you leave. Lauren is very creative and detailed with her nail artwork. I recommend this place to anyone in the area!

We made an appointment for the same day, and they had openings.

When we were already soaking our toes, they told us the nail polish we chose was $ 3 more.
Again, after the pedicure was already in progress, they said it was $ 5 more for callus removal.
Pedicure was $ 25 + $ 3 nail polish + $ 5 callus removal = $ 33. Only 1 of us opted for the callus removal, so $ 61 for 2 pedicures
When we made the appointment, I asked for 2 pedicures together. They started mine, but delayed my friends for 20 minutes. I had to reiterate I requested them together.
There was no dryer for our polish at the end.
I don’t like the behavior that feels like bait and switch to raise the price.
I’m fine with $ 20 – 23. Most places in the St. Charles area do callus removal as part of this price.

Wow — what a fabulous experience. My friend and I called last night as they were closing and they agreed to stay open for us. We went right in and had the salon to ourselves. They sat us in very comfy chairs that gave amazing warmth and a variety of massage options. They then proceeded to serve us wine and give us the best pedicures we have ever had. Over an hour of foot and leg massaging with fabulous smelling lotions. What a relaxing evening. We will be going back every two weeks!!!

Great experience! Professional, relaxing and very friendly. New ownership since August 2015 (formerly Andy’s Nails). Idol is a great improvement. Contemporary, simple décor and nice jazzy music in the background. $ 35 for an upgraded pedi or $ 25 for basic. Best pedi I’ve had in 10 years! Oh, and they offer a beverage, including wine, while you are relaxing! Nice!

I went into Idol Nails & Spa to treat myself to a spur-​of-​the-​moment pedicure. My feet were in desperate need of some TLC, and I figured why not! With only one other customer inside, I figured it was a good time to try it out.
I am beyond glad I ventured inside. The owner was warm and friendly and sat me down in a chair immediately. She brought me a bottled water and then introduced me to Marcy, my technician. What happened afterward is nothing short of awesome. Marcy treated my tootsies to a wonderful massage, exfoliating treatment, moisturizing treatment, and finally a flawless and fun pedicure. This top-​of-​the-​line pedicure was worth every penny of the $ 50 cost. At one point, Marcy wasn’t happy with the result of her artwork on my big toe and took it off and started over. I was pleasantly surprised with her effort. After my pedicure, Marcy asked if I wanted my eyebrows done, too. Well, why not?! Having never had this done before, I was excited. Marcy did not disappoint.
Love my fun Halloween pedicure! Clean surroundings, plenty of room, tvs to watch, awesome massage chairs, and friendly peeps make this a place I will frequent for many years to come. Thanks, Marcy for your great work! Keep up the great customer service, Idol Nails!

Under new ownership. They did a wonderful job! The facility was clean and the staff were kind. The technique was excellent and I did not feel rushed. This will be my new GO TO for my pedicures.

Worst ever. Poor job smoothing rough edges. Cut corners too far in. Also cut one toe and caused it to bleed. Then continued to rub the wound. Even after I complained and asked tech to avoid that area because it hurt.

Just left this salon about an hour ago. Absolutely appalled with the quality and service.
I asked for my acrylics longer before he cut and the technician just looked at me. Then proceed to cut them the shorter length. He also cut my cuticle severely on two fingers. Did not apologize once. Not to mention that while cutting the nail the technician tried cutting my ACTUAL finger.
My friend who was very clear that she wanted her’s shorter, is not happy with her results either. They cut her cuticles as well. Completely jacked up.
I came here on a last minute whim because my normal nail salon was farther from where I was.
If I could give a negative star I would.

I really do love Idol Nails. I have been coming here for 8 years, which is pretty crazy. I honestly have never had my nails done anywhere else because I have been so happy with them. They are very nice and for the most part pretty quick. They have specials that if you ‘like’ them on facebook you get a percent off your service. They have remodeled a lot, and it’s not the best looking salon in the world as for décor and all, but I really do love how my nails turn out every time. For a fill that’s not gel it’s only 16, which is pretty good and what I get.

Been to several nail spas in the area and they have the friendliest staff and an amazing pedicure with paraffin wax, makes your skin so soft. Highly recommended you try them.

Just moved out to St Peters and was looking for a good place to get a mani/​pedi. Most of the places around here looked a little sketchy so during a trip to the grocery store I stumbled upon Andy’s and it looked new and bright so I went in and was pleasantly surprised.
I was greeted right away and started soaking, Kelsey was my technician and she was very nice and offered me an order card for my services. I went with the mid level pedicure and it was great, I got a mud, scrub, extra massage and paraffin wax. My only negative comment about the pedicure was that I did not see new tools opened in front of me, she brought out a box with items in it to use, she may have opened them in the back but they should be opened up in front of the client.
I got a gel manicure because I needed this to last a bit longer. I asked for a French manicure with pink base. I was thankful she was willing to use 2 colors and not charge extra. My nails are beautiful!
I also have to compliment one of the other technicians who did an amazing design in the toes of the lady next to me, if you wanted a cute, fun design done this is the place, it’s more then just flowers and jewels.
I will be back for sure!
