Mister Fix-it

I hired Mister Fix-​It to perform drywall ceiling repairs and to run a CAT6 cable from my upstairs office to the basement. I can honestly say I am very pleased with their services. From the moment I contacted Mister Fix-​It, Jessica, the office manager, was very friendly and prompt to schedule an estimator the same day!
Now, we are ALL worried about pricing, and I must say, their pricing is EXTREMELY reasonable and fair for the market industry. I am a property adjuster by day, and I deal with countless contractors and Xactimate pricing (industry standard software for estimating damages to residential dwellings). Their pricing was 100% in-​line with my experience and expectations for patching a sheet of drywall, mudding, taping, and fishing wire through the drywall cavities.
I went through 3 contractors before arriving at Mister Fix-​It, and the last 3 were a waste of time, charging double to triple the cost of Mister Fix-​It. When I confronted the contractors, I was riddled with B.S. about «invisible» costs… Get real! I am glad there is an honest and fair contractor in my area that employs competent laborers to perform the tasks I am paying them for. I will continue to use Mister Fix-​It in the future.

I had a laundry list of jobs that needed to be done so I could put my home on the market. Billy came in and did a very detailed estimate. He was super nice & very pet friendly — I think the dogs miss him! Later, John came to the house and completed each task 100%. He left no evidence of his work — completely cleaned up after himself. I will not hesitate to hire Mister Fix-​It again!
