Beware of phantom problems. We went in to check a noise on the back left tire. They immediately told us it was a wheel bearing issue and gave a $ 400 quote for a replacement. So we took it to a real mechanic and he showed us that the lugnuts were causing the issue. They were loose. The NTB guys were full of it. They didn’t even inspect the tire. Just listened to the noise. Very disappointed in this place since it was the place we picked to get new tires a month ago. Just get a second opinion.

These guys nailed it. I was at the Toyota dealership in St. Peters for an oil change and tire rotation before my son takes his car to college. The Toyota dealership said we needed a battery but they were about $ 25 more than NTB so we leave Toyota for NTB. As Jonathan at NTB is checking in the car, he comes back and says you need two new tires. He shows us and there is heavy wear on the inside of the tire almost to the belt. The Toyota dealership said nothing about it when we were there just hours before. NTB literally saved my son from getting a blowout on the highway. I owe these guys a great amount of gratitude for looking out for my family’s safety when the dealership did not.

We called today(Friday) only to find out that the Asst. Manager never even passed along the message to the store manager. Once on the phone with the store manager today he was great we discussed my problem. He apologized and is going to send onsite wheel repair to fix them free of charge! I still couldn’t give 5 stars though due to the unprofessional behavior of the Asst. or glorified counter clerk.

I went in for an oil change on Wednesday afternoon and anticipated that I would receive the same service I have in the past. The next day, my family and I drove 300 miles total for Thanksgiving festivities. During our excursion I noticed that my engine was louder than normal and there was a smell of burning oil. The next morning, Friday, I discovered that my driveway was drenched with the oil that should have been in my engine. Due to poor attention to detail, the oil cap was left off, leading to oil shooting all over the engine and whatever had remained leaked on our driveway. I used to encourage my family to do everything they could through NTB before going anywhere else. After this occurrence you can be sure that never will I, or the rest of my family, use NTB for anything ever again.
