Awful customer service. The younger girl is extremely rude and actually made dirty faces at me (?!). The other employees seemed friendly but I guess I was a bothersome to this girl in particular. I told her she had a bad attitude and I walked out. Don’t waste your time/money if she is the only employee available to help you.

This place isn’t the cleanest. I wasn’t confident that the tools had been sanitized between clients as they were just sitting in their glass of antibacterial and hadn’t come from the sanitizer (microwave-looking machine). I went four times because it was $ 5 cheaper than another, nicer nail salon near me and they did a good job overall.
Pros — good job on my nails, really nice hand and leg massage, cheaper than other salons
Cons — my cuticles were cut twice out of the four times, the place doesn’t look clean (dirty floors, sticky headrests), technicans aren’t very personable and take phone calls during your service

This inexpensive, no-frills place gets the job done. Not the fastest mani pedi I’ve ever had, but then again I got the deluxe version — so it was relaxing. Also, the hand and foot massages were great — my guy was very generous with the massage time! The employees were very nice as well.
