I am giving this store another star because they seem to have improved a little bit recently. The service has been friendlier and faster. While I’m not sure if it will stay this way, I am happy to see some improvements. I still recommend making your way somewhere else but if you’re looking for somewhere close to home, this will do.

This might be the worst and slowest Starbucks I’ve ever visited in all of America. No I’m not exaggerating. I’ve had so many problems seems like every visit, from being told they don’t have the white mocha to make my drink and being forced to order something else. To them giving me a half empty cup of coffee! No. Really. I walked back inside in the rain and made them remake it, it’s too expensive to get a empty coffee! This location is closest to me, but honestly the drive thru which should be convenient… is slow, so slow you almost want to give up and go to anywhere else! I also always have to ask for my receipt or napkins they never just give them to you. The lines are always so long in the mornings. It’s hard to ditch the Starbucks addiction but driving farther for a decent Starbucks who understand time management would be worth your while. Forget this place.

I keep trying to give this location a chance, but they keep letting me down. I may still occasionally try, but the absurdly long lines and cold demeanors at the window dissuade me. Not sure if it’s a staffing prob or just not having a sense of urgency

If you are in a hurry, I would not recommend this Starbucks. The staff is great but the drive thru is the slowest I’ve ever been in, it’s faster just to park and run inside to get your drink.

I had the rudest service the other day. I ordered a Chai tea latte. The kid over the speaker argued with me for a few minutes that they no longer sell that tea. I told him I had just ordered it last week and he responded with«uh… Are you looking for Bread Co.?» Good thing his manager came over the speaker and told me he’d have it right up. Train your baristas for more then a day, please.

I have been to this location multiple times and every single time they are slow and their staff is RUDE. I asked the girl who was taking my order a few questions like«Can I get your chestnut praline latte skinny?» And she seemed very irritated and did not know the answer. She also did not ask me the size I wanted and ended up giving me a large size that I did not want. I studied for a little while at a table, but left after about an hour. You want to know why? FLIES! Everywhere. On my drink, on my stuff, and on my face! Every single time I go there flies are everywhere. Also, the line was so long and people were every where. Very slow service and very rude people. My drink was good, that’s why they are getting two stars.

This location should not be allowed to be called Starbucks. I am at a Starbucks at least once a day 7 days a week… I know I know lol. I’ve only gone to this location a few times. My drink has been wrong, the employees have too much personal conversation in front of you and this last visit on Friday sent me over the top. I’d rather drive 20 minutes out of my way than ever stop at this location again. I did the order ahead new app thing. Which by the way is awesome! It say come pick up your drink in 3 – 7 min. Great! I show up after 5 min. There were 10 cars in line outside and 5 people in line inside. I walked up to the counter and told them I was there to pick up my drink. They said ok. I stood waiting while all 5 people placed orders and received their drinks, mind you when I walked in I had placed my order 5 min ago. I asked what was going on with my drink, it’s coming is what I was told. I also watched all 10 cars get their drinks at which point a barista tells me «unfortunately for you your drink ended up at the end of the line». Wow! The guy makes my drink I watch as he dumps ¼ of it in the sink. Girl gives me my cup and I hold it up saying the entire top half is foam? She says«it shouldn’t be» and walks away! Of course it shouldn’t be but it was. Needless to say I walked out with ½ a drink after a 15 min wait time. 15 min after my 3 – 7 min window. That store is a disgrace to the Starbucks name and they need a serious training and accountability course.

Service is sloooooow, lots of crumbs on the floor, the door entry glass is very smudged up. Walls, carpet, tables all showing wear. There are other panera’s in the area that are so sell kept. I will say once you get the food, it is very good.

I have a hard time criticizing SB, since they are pretty uniform in product and service at every location. Therefore it would be hard to give them extra stars for what is expected. I do think they have cut some costs on the lids for the go cups! leaky and thin. This store remodel is good, I did not mind the old layout. Other comments about the drive through issues are valid: parking is tight at rush. But the location is the only SBin the immediate area. No other drive through for premium coffee nearby.

I like the staff here and have been a regular for years. It all started coming apart when the new oatmeal was introduced. Apparently the complexity of having two choices has overwhelmed staff to the point where it’s only possible to get a classic oatmeal by requesting a rework. Specifically: You get your«classic» oatmeal then do the unthinkable thing of holding up the line while you inspect the contents.(I hate to have to do that!) At least 1 in 2 times you’ll find they’re wrong and can request the right ones. At least 4 in 10 times they have the right ones. About half the time you also have to get«extra» water added, if you want enough to actually mix in those ingredients. Well, it’s great coffee, wonderful staff, and convenient; but don’t get an oatmeal there unless you want something that’s never the same twice.

This is my favorite location. Only downside is that the drive thru is always packed. If you park and go in, good luck getting out with the line of drive thru cars blocking you in!

My «home» location of SBs. I’ve always received good service, good food and great coffee here. I will be moving out of state soon and will adopt a new«home» location. I hope it will be as great as here; knowing the SB brand, I’m sure it will be.

This is our favorite location. The staff is friendly and quick. Only downside is that the drive thru is always packed. Expect a small wait during peak times. The staff is very good about moving cars through quickly.

Ugh… This location wins for the most stale classic crumb cake ever sold! It was at least 3 days old. No wonder most people get their baked goods next door at Panera Bread(St. Louis Bread Company). First visit — strike one. Maybe if i get there when they open I can get a fresh crumb cake. You think? The barista was nice, in a I-have-to-be-pleasant-because-I-am-at-work kind of way. I think I interrupted something or she was having a bad day. Will let you know how it goes when I return — if I return.
