The Pond Guys

Excellent! We found The Pond Guys at the St. Charles Home Show last fall. They were on time for our first appointment, giving us a quote the same day. The work was started and finished within the time frame we were told. The men who came to work on our waterfall took great pride in their work. They created the most beautiful cascading waterfall I could imagine! I am so proud of our backyard and can’t wait for springtime to arrive so we can invite our family and friends over to enjoy it as well.
We would recommend this company. I wish we more business would treat their customers this well and offer great customer service and quality work. Great job Pond Guys! So glad our paths crossed last fall!!!

More bummer. We decided to try again with the Pond Guys since their prices were the best. Called them and got another date for them to come by — last Saturday. They said they were coming first thing in the morning.
Saturday morning comes and my guy gets up early to listen for them. I stayed in bed. 10am comes and he wakes me up. They weren’t there yet. I called a cell # I had– got an answer by the lady. Asked when they were coming. She told me to call her husband, who was in the shop, by cell phone. I called his cell and the office number. No answer. Left message. Waited. Called both of their cells again a couple hours later. No answer. No return call. We gave up.
It’s my own fault for trying them again :(I mistakenly thought they’d be different.
