This office has th worst customer service, they do not answer the phone and voice mail is all you get! Super disappointed in the quality of care delivered to my 16 year old son.

the office in st petersburg has the worst service i have ever received at a dr’s office. I show up for my appt and they tell me the dr is not availabe, would i like to reschedule? mind you i never received a courtesy phone call to advise me of the change but wasted my time and a trip that morning. Then to top it all off my husband shows up for his appointment the next morning and they say he doesnt have an appointment on the books. C’mon! do yo think they can afford to screw up a family this bad on two consecutive mornings when we had to juggle schedules just to show up to phantom appts? Awful, awful, awful service!
