The most consistently good Chick-​Fil-​A I have ever been to. The service and kindness of employees is outstanding.

Love this location. Everyone is super sweet and I love everything that Mr. Neeley does for the St. Pete community !

As far as fast food goes, this is my favorite. The drive thru is slammed at all hours of the day. Everyone loves them I guess.
Those chicken sandwiches and extra pickles are addicting!
I do like that they put employees in the drive thru further back to go ahead and get your order started when it’s busy.
Even asking the condiments you need. So when you get to the window, your food, drinks, mayo, even ketchup.
As always, the CFA staff is so polite and kind.
I enjoy the drive thru, but I take my kids inside to play too.
The play area is pretty chilly. Maybe that’s to help kill germs.
It’s a nice place to come with your kids and let them play while having some grown up mom time.
Staff inside is so nice too! Coming around and asking if you need anything, any refills on your drinks.

I love the Chick Fil A Perks but Imma be honest its the pickle that make it snap… the secret in Zaxby chicken is they fry it longer to keep it crisp

Rudest manager I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with in my life and this is coming from someone who has worked in hospitality for over 15 years. The customer service was by far the worst I have ever experienced, you couldn’t pay me to go there again.

Best chic fila in the area. Great management and staff. Very family friendly! Placemats for kids, great play area.

Chick Fil A is Chick Fil A in terms of its menu and quality of food, but this one absolutely can NOT handle the busy lunch crowd. The line is always backed up all the way around the corner, with other cars still coming in off of the street. It’s a total cluster. We went today and were in the drive-​thru lane for over a half hour! That’s ridiculous.

I eat here usually once a week and it never gets old. Always long lines but always executed in a timely organized manner. Always friendly staff. Been coming here since they opened in 1999 I believe.

I boycotted these places for a while because of the CEO’s stand against same-​sex marriage, but the misogynist views of a couple of pizza chain operators, the big game hunting of a sub sandwich chain… some types of businesses are easier to make a political statement as a consumer than others. The fact remains, I love these chicken sandwiches, homophobia or not. The drive through is slow, park and come in where the service is better. It’s clean, with reasonably good service for a fast food place.

I openly admit: I cook often and thus can be a bit of a cranky food snob.
Yet I still find myself craving Chick-​Fil-​A a few times a year!
(Please forgive me for not joining the «All Fast Food is Evil» club yet.)
However, this location is ridiculous! The food is always 5 stars, but the service?
The drive-​thru is always overwhelmed: a 10 to 15+ minute wait even at non-​peak hours?
The parking lot is always crowded too, thus making take-​out an equal hassle.
Again the food is always great, but the wait time here is really a full ZERO stars! At least a dozen times now I have just driven by and made other take-​out choices because their drive-​thru line was soo long!
The staff here are blameless. They do the best they can.
The management/​ownership is to blame. I’m surprised they have not opened another CFA nearby to ease the load on this particular store?
Thankfully, the Roosevelt/​Ulmerton location is far less chaotic! So that is my new location for a CFA fix for now…

Nothing but A+ client satisfaction and customer service with this restaurant. Initially, I ordered the ‘wrong’ salads for my family, which I didn’t realize until I got back with them. I drove back to Chic-​Fil-​A to order something different, and the attendant recognized me and offered to comp my next meal. Unheard of! It wasn’t even their fault and they were more than willing to comp the next meal.

Always a pleasure to eat here. Very prompt, attentive and overall professionals at their job. Going to be coming back often as hell… It is too awesome not too.
Also, sorry for always asking for extra sauce. That Chic-​fail-​A sauce is just too good and the fact that you don’t charge for extra makes me more inclined to come back.

This was my «1^st time» at Chick-​Fil-​A, woo hoo!!! My husband and I visited this location for dinner/​to-​go. We ordered the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich, original chicken deluxe sandwich and waffle fries. After telling the manager «I didn’t get his name «that this was our 1^st time here he ran to the kitchen and brought us two complimentary «freshly baked, still warm chocolate chip cookies» and two plush mini cows! It was such a nice gesture! Big thanks to the manager!
After we returned home and and ate our juicy, flavorful chicken sandwiches we now know what all the hype is about !! The food is really good!

This used to be my favorite location. But since it was redone, the service and quality has gone down significantly. Our chicken minis (breakfast) are always burnt and dont have any honey butter on them. My grilled chicken sandwhich for lunch is always cold and if I request cheese, they just toss a cold peice of cheese on there completely unmelted, and since the sandwhich is already cold, it doesnt melt at all. I have asked them to leave it under the heat lamp longer to make sure it melts, and they look at me like im crazy. Not impressed anymore.

I love this Chik-​fil-​A! The drive thru takes FOREVER, but it’s only because they are so busy! The employees are always so kind and seem happy to be there.
I really recommend trying their Asian salad! It’s really delicious and better than any fast food salad I’ve ever tried!

Great food! You might have to wait a bit on getting your food but it’s always hot. The cookies and shakes are really good if you just want dessert.

Great chicken and salad menu! I consider this 5-​star for fast food with a drive thru.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive a message from Jordan from this Chick Fil A concerned about my experience.
Even though the initial experience was not to Chick Fil A standards, the fact that Jordan reached out to me to rectify the situation makes this location stellar. It’s not every day that you actually hear from someone in Management regarding an unfortunate situation.
Thanks Jordan for the phone call… I will definitely be back to 4^th Street Chick fil A soon.
