Nice little nine hole par 3 coarse. $ 9 for 9 holes, $ 14 with a cart. Second 9 is only $ 5/$ 8 with cart. Greens are not bad and the layout is what you expect for a par 3 coarse. Played 18 and on the way home by 10:30am Just enough water to eat a coupe of balls and a few elevated greens sans Florida and no trees to speak of. If you want to polish your iron game this is a nose spot. Plays from 80 to 180 yards.

Not worth the money. Almost 3 hours to play a par 3, 9 hole golf course. If you are looking to bring your kids for the first time great place to go. If you want to actually play golf at a reasonable pace don’t waste your time or money here.

I drove my father freakin’ nuts on this course. hee hee hee. One of the activities we like to do together is play a Par 3 course from time to time. On my recent jaunt to Florida my father took me out to his local course for a morning of walking and sacrificing golf balls to the water gods. Dad likes to take me golfing because he can’t figure out how I manage to hit the ball, much less how I manage to hit perfectly straight drives. My grip is decidedly non-standard(I didn’t even know it was called a grip) and my swing — from what he tells me — has so many flaws they must all cancel one another out. On this nice little course, with it’s small but pretty meandering lake and compact holes, I made par twice. And kept hitting those nice straight shots that drive him nuts. I couldn’t tell you the score because we don’t actually keep score, my father and I. But I can tell you he kept shaking his head and throttling back all the advice he wanted to give his little girl on how to hit the ball. Maybe I should actually take up golf and really drive him crazy… Cypress offers the standard amenities(clubs for rent, carts, a small shop to purchase balls, etc.) and had a very friendly manager behind the desk. He didn’t even laugh at me much.
