Darque Immersion Tanning

Enjoyed my Mystic Tanning experience at the 4^th Street Location all year, staff was always great, etc. But extremely disappointed in the main location’s customer service once you try to cancel. I mailed my paperwork in and called to confirm a week later and was told they got it and I would not be charged for Decemeber. Then I was charged in December and got the run around with severel phone calls and emails and being told «sorry the owners are never here and are hard to get ahold of». 2 weeks into December I finally get a call back stating that my letter was not postmarked in time (which I know is incorrect). I informed her that we are now 2 weeks into the month and I have not used the service (that I was still being charged for) because they took 2 weeks to get back to me. Tiffany was a bit sarcastic telling me they could not refund any amount but could extend my membership 2 weeks. I told her I’d be out of town the last 2 weeks of the month and she basically said «oh well». I rarely complian about businesses, but this one was handled very poorly.

Buyer beware! I loved my experience at this salon for 6 months. When my job unexpectedly relocated me to Miami, FL I called the salon and asked if they had a location near here so I could continue my membership. Unfortunately they had no location and was told I would be charged another month but needed to stop in the salon and pick up a cancellation paper. I explained my situation and that I was not driving 4.5 hours to pick up the paper could it be emailed or faxed to me. I was told not to worry they would take care of it for me. Every month for the last 4 months I have contacted the salon as they have continued to take over $ 250.00 from me. Unless you want to be forced to change bank accounts and deal with a headache for a cheap tan, I suggest going to another salon nearby!!!

I initially came here to get a spray tan because my other go-​to place closes early. I was pleasantly surprised how helpful the staff was; they told me tips that I never knew before that helped me get the best results. Plus, they have specials like buy two spray tans get two free that really gives you a great value for your money.

This business deserves to be boycotted because of their advertising techniques, which consist of spamming facebook accounts.
