Old Navy

I would rate this Old Navy, the manager Anita and a staff member below a one star. Stacks of clothing are mismarked, it’s not their fault they like to play the blame game and offer NO customer service! I showed them the stacks marked 50% off but they do not honor the prices! Rolling your eyes, taking no positive corrective actions this store should have a manager sent back to training. Would love the GM to send Anita and her rolling eye staff back to Customer Service 101 they clearly failed!

I got an email today advertising a special price in boys’ bootleg and skinny jeans right when my 12 year old needed some new ones. How lucky! Except there were actually no jeans at that price at this location, despite a large selection of boys’ skinny and bootleg jeans. The sales associate and manager refused to honor the advertisement that I showed them on my phone (email). Too bad don’t care. I drove a long distance based on this fraudulent advertising. Old Navy is lame.

This Old Navy is probably the smallest one in the area and not my favorite (I like the Clearwater one at Sunset Point and 19). However, it is pretty clean and well organized. I don’t recommend trying to find something in this store that you saw online on Old Navy’s website, you probably won’t be able to find it.
The staff is always friendly and helpful. They don’t give you dirt looks or make snide comments when you try on a gazillion things and only buy two (Oppps. Guilty).
While their clearance is small and disappointing, you can sometimes find some great finds. I recently purchased a pair of grey khaki pants for work for 97 cents. Score!
I will continue shopping here because it is the only St. Pete Old Navy.

This one is located inside the Tyrone Square Mall. The wife and I were on vacation and needed some comfortable beachwear, so we popped on in and walked away winners! This is a pretty large sized Old Navy, with a huge area for men’s, women’s, and kids. I like the fact that the kids area is actually on the second story, so I can shop through the men’s in peace– great thinking.
Great selection of jeans, khakis, polo and button down shirts, as well as the always classic t-​shirts. I picked up a few pairs of shorts, and a handful of awesome t-​shirts for around 60 bucks. The price is always right here, and the clothes are super comfortable. The discount area in this store is RIDICULOUS for women– they have a massive area of clothing all discounted, and arranged by size and color. My wife LOVED it!
Super friendly staff, well-​stocked store, and great clothes at a great price, just about what I expect at every Old Navy. Well done!
