Staples

Dropped in a few days ago looking for day and weekly planners. My go-​to place for years. Two people asked me if I needed help, outstanding service. Always pleasant and helpful at the fax and print station. This big location has any office supplies and equipment you need, and always have some items on sale.

Great service at this location. I had to recycle a lot of old computer items, and they happily took it without charging (Office Depot charges $ 5…). Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I have had very mixed service at this Staples. The lady in the copy department was rude and lied to me on the phone (not sure if she didn’t look for the product, knowingly lied or just couldn’t find it). I stopped in the store because it is one of the few places that refill our large Soda Stream canisters. When I visited the Assistant Manager told me that they had the canisters for a long time and no one was exchanging them. This was right after she had told me that they did not have them. I told the manager this. On my next trip in a week or so later to refill the canisters the employee knew exactly what I was talking about and was helpful. I see that other people have had similar issues. I guess I just have to hope that they will know what is going on for my next visit. FYI– Sodastream canisters for exchange are behind the far register (the employee will have to get them) if the cashier does not know what you are talking about. If you need to buy new ones, they only sell the small canisters currently on an end cap.

Not what it used to be staples. They are good for office supplies but very outdated on computers. Never the latest.

Been to this location a dozen times very knowlegable staff and if they dont have the answers they will find them. pst pst look up what you are purchasing online first in store will match it.
Also on their computer tech support ex: memory they will not charge you labour if you purchase the parts from their store — way cheaper then best buy.

Staples… just not enough of them… Office Depot fills in the blanks. Always what I am looking for… good prices.

So the fellow at Office Depot didn’t know what VOIP was (Voice Over Internet Protocol) and why the HP fax we had bought there wouldn’t work on our phone line. And he couldn’t guarantee any of the faxes would work. Sadly, we took a store credit for the HP (no refund, sorry) and went across the street to Staples. It was like coming from a funeral to a wedding party! Employees greeting us at the door, approaching us on several occasions to see if we needed help. I had to pinch myself a few times the customer service was so good! AND the computer geek assured us that the Brother Intellifax (as are all Brother faxes) VOIP-​ready! And it works! A great store and a great staff!
