I have lived on Fort Leonard Wood for two years. Never had a problem with getting my hair did. I am in need of getting my hair did a certain way(a sew in) and I drive by this place called Passions for Hair. I am moving soon and have a convention coming up. I go in and introduce myself and ask of I could get a sew in. I was looking at her recent sew in she was doing at the time and was impressed and asked her, her name she said Trina. She was friendly and gave me info on the hair to get and even asked what day would I like to get it done. We exchange phone numbers and I let her know that I will be calling to confirm my hair appointment. I thought that it was kind of weird that I had to call her to confirm my hair appointment but hey every stylist is different I guess? When I called her number to confirm my appointment it was very hard to get in touch with Trina. So I called her shop number and let her know that it was difficult to get her on the phone. She confirmed the appointment after I called her. The day of the appointment I get a text mind you, a text that the appointment was cancelled. She had an emergency come up. I understand cause emergencies come up. I asked if I can reschedule the appointment? She said that she would not reschedule. Now I made this appointment a month in advance. Wow! Better Business Bureau alert. Remember, you need the customers to make your business work not the other way around. If you do not like to deal with customers then get someone who does.
