Called them 3 times yesterday to try to make a reservation, left my cell phone number but they grab the number I called from & called that back instead. Rude right there & totally unprofessional.
I then call back today & leave a VERY detailed message about making a reservation for the three of us for 3 pm on Sat. They call back, again I miss the call and instead of just putting us in for 3pm on Sat., she tells me, «I can put you in but not the other two people until I have their names».
I call RIGHT back & get their machine again…
Ya know what… ALL SET WITH THEM!
Poor business practices & very poor customer service.
I wouldn’t waste my time or money there. I’m so stressed out… thought this was suppose to be a stress reliever?! Not even close!

First time at this Spa! The atmosphere is amazing very clean, modern and the people were so friendly and accommodating! I was offered coffee, mimosa or sorbet! I went for color cut and blow dry! My hair is thick and coarse Tammy was Amazing, the products they use are very gentle and smell amazing! My color and cut was perfect! My hair came out so smooth and shiny! The price was same as my previous salon! I love it here already rebooked my next appointment !

I come here for all my beauty needs. Therapeutic massages with Miriam are awesome. Kendra gives a great pedicure. All of the staff are friendly and accommodating. Kay the owner is great and Candie is a artist with hair.
Their claim to fame is the only salt cave in NH.

I have only been here for the Salt Cave and the Sound Meditations but have loved it every time!

I recently had a color and cut, and was totally dissatisfied. I walked in a week prior to inquire, and got a grand tour by the owner. I felt very uncomfortable when I walked in for my appointment. They all have attitude. I don’t know why. This place is not that great at all. I’ve been to finer salons throughout the years. the stylist had no clue how to do my hair. I had a picture and it wasn’t that difficult to follow. She was nice, better than the others. My hair looked puffy, Just like a few of the staff. I don’t want to look like them. The color sucks, and they go on about how wonderful it is for gray coverage. I can still see my gray roots on top of the yellow. And speaking of the staff. the receptionist and another staff member where looking right at me as I watched them talking about me. it was obvious and very uncomfortable. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. if your thinking of going, I tell you run, don’t walk away from there. I can hardly wait to go back to where I’ve been previously going. They make me feel comfortable and treat me like family. bottom line. VERY OVER RATED. It never looks busy. Although, I’m sure they have faithful followers. Oh, one more thing. it has a very cold atmosphere. So robotic.

Outstanding service! Got my hair cut, colored, and highlighted here. We worked off of a picture I brought with me. Stylist was amazingly patient while I explained what I wanted. She also put in very fine foils perfectly matching the picture. Took longer than it was supposed to do and I had to rush out. A few days of styling it and I realized it wasn’t quite right… like 85% of the picture so I called and she took me in right away and addressed my concerns and made everything perfection.

This spa has so much potential, I had a awesome facial … Unfortunately I had to listen to the sounds of a washing machine and staff talking at front desk. No spa robes or locker room or place to have tea while you wait for your next service, I had to carry my purse around to each service I had. Too bad this could be an awesome spa, maybe the owner should visit a couple of spas and observe
