We love this office! Dr. Siedlarz is the best pediatrician we have ever had. The front staff is always polite and they get things done quickly with smile on their faces (extra points for that, as they get to deal with screaming children and irritated/​exhausted parents on daily basis).

The wait times are terrible. There is a blatant disregard for any type of time management. Based on their inability to be able to see a patient within a reasonable time of the appointment I have left there after 10 years. After having that happened to me multiple times

Wish I could give 10 stars. Doctors and staff are wonderful. I love there extended hours until 8pm and Saturday hours. Top notch, professional and friendly care. My son has anxiety when going to the doctor. Everyone at CHAOS keep him calm. Special thanks to Dr Lace for his care.

This place was awful. Doctors are nice, but the office staff is horrible. They could never keep credits and charges straight, constantly charged me a copay for visits which there wasn’t one, then couldn’t figure out how to credit me back or keep the credit on my account even for later use. They schedule followups on their own without speaking to me, then when I get the reminder call and can’t make it, they get mad. I’ve never had such a hard time communicating with a doctor’s front office staff, seriously no one knows what anyone else is doing.

LOVE this place.
Tons of doctors, and just for kids. This place is open late (until 8pm) which means when my kid falls on her face at 6pm I can actually reach someone. Nurses call back very quickly and will chat with you as long you need.
This place is so much better than a private practice solo-​doctor office.
