Class Act Property Management

The WORST! I was interested in renting a property that this company manages and tried calling the phone number on the website, no one answered. I called for over a week, no one ever answered or called back. Any time I went to the website, the only option was «contact us», which, as I said, does not work. The other option is to apply online which includes a $ 45 application fee. I was not about to pay to apply for a house I have not seen. When you click the option to send an electronic interest in a property, you get a generic text telling you to visit the website. As if you weren’t JUST there! I finally text that number back asking how to get ahold of anyone at the company and finally got a response! I said that I was confused about how to set up a viewing of the property and asked if someone could please just call me. I was told, «The phone number is not for tenants.» and «No one will be calling.» WOW! How does a company function like this!!! I would absolutely steer VERY clear of this property management company. If I’m having this much trouble just seeing a property that I’m interested in, I can’t imagine being a tenant and needing to get ahold of someone if something were to need fixing in the house. Or better yet, Being a home owner, having my home represented by this company who is obviously NOT AT ALL interested in getting you renters! RIDICULOUS!!!
