Get In Shape For Women

I am with the last reviewer. although the trainers were very nice I think they are better for younger people. I am 67 and had real issues after the work out. Also I do not believe the nutritionist is a certified nutritionist. She seem to know the plan for their program but did not seem knowledgeable enough to make any changes to the program to allow for flexibility in lifestyle or preferences.
The worst part was the owner Joe. He certainly is all about the money but beyond that he is unprofessional, rude, insulting and disrespectful. Although he told me he would refund my money ($ 3000+) if I changed my mind he refused and also went on a loud tirade about how I did not care about my health and HE HUNG UP ON ME.

I would give them 0 stars if possible. I spent about 2,000 $ for a 3 month membership. Yes, that’s correct, 2K ! The owner Joe is all about getting his money. A membership which includes 30 minutes of the same exact weight exercises that repeat every day. They say they are nutritionists, and I expressed multiple times that I have food allergies & they promised to help me. I talk to the new trainers and they give me recommendations, which is just general, not based on my individual needs & they are suggesting food I am allergic to! Because they don’t know you at get in shape. Also, I work night shift, another reason I decided to join this program, and their response, «you can just figure it out, because its the same thing» They say another part of their program is accountability, that you are suppose to weigh in every week, but they never have enough trainers to weigh you in. Also, my fat % did not decrease for weeks! I questioned this, but I was told drink more water, even though I made sure I was drinking much more than my requirement. This place is a total waste of time. So much change over in the staff, they do not get to know you. Also, taking more people than hours allow, so there is never open hours! They make you keep your original schedule. Well guess what? Things change! And worst part is, even when they cannot accommodate your schedule, they will not give a refund! Like I said, joe is all about his money! Don’t let him fool you. I am extremely disappointed with all aspects of THIS get in shape for women. I could have lost 15 lbs MUCH cheaper than 2,000 $ in debt.

Great trainers! They really motivate their clients. I’ve been going since June 2012 and I am so much stronger and have lots of energy. The owners are sincere and reach to know each client. They provide great resources to be successful. I’m a fan of Salem GISFW.
