I got to the store with my truck and trailer about 30 minutrs before they opened. While in my truck TRS Towing showed up having a fit, staying you can only be in the parking lot after the store is open and not a minute before or you will be towed. I will not go back to a place that greedy

Not my favorite store but my dad enjoys it. The parking lot is worn out and has potholes big enough to swallow your car. Service is usually ok and the store is clean and organized.

Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. I really appreciated how they helped me figure something out. I was impressed. Everything’s cheap, too.

Lots of tools, but the checkout lines are line, and the bumbles that run the place can’t seem to figure out people come into their store to spend money. I’ve seen many people just walk off leaving their stuff in carts of baskets because there are not enough cashiers. Customers shouldn’t have to wait 10 – 15 minutes in line just to check out. Really POOR customer service here. The Hillsboro and Portland stores are much better.

This place has all the tools you need for really cheap. Mind you, these tools are of the cheaper variety that will probably not last all that long, but these guys will do returns if it breaks. Need a tool for a specialized project but don’t want to rent one and don’t plan on using it in an industrial setting? Get it here. It will get the job done for cheap. Also, the guys I had helping me today were extremely friendly and helpful and they knew where everything was instantly not only with the aisle number but also exactly where on the shelf it was within feet. I tested them and they were right every time. I’ll be buying more tools from here for sure.
