As described above the food was not up to the standards of a sit-​down restaurant. If I had known the food was going to be of this quality I would have suggested going to another restaurant. If I had to rate the quality, taste, and temperature of the food, the quality would receive a D the taste an F and the temperature a D-​.
I have experience in the restaurant business and I know what is expected and the quality of food, service and welcoming atmosphere was unacceptable. I used to wait tables, manage a bar and manage a restaurant and I would honestly be very ashamed and embarrassed if my restaurant receive this kind of review. This night, which was supposed to celebrate a milestone in someone’s life, missed the mark horribly. I wanted my wife to have a wonderful night and instead most of the party either left unsatisfied, angry or disappointed. We were at your restaurant for over THREE hours! No explanation of why the food was taking so long, nothing. There was a party next to us who got there right about the same time we did and they received their food and left long before we even got our food. I used to cook in a restaurant and I know the importance of communication between the kitchen and the server. The lack of communication was horrible and this situation could have been handle with much more professionalism and curiosity. Of note, my family usually chooses this restaurant for most of our family functions. However, after tonight if this is the kind of service we can expect then we will be dining at one of your competitors from now on.

We have eaten here twice first timed food was just ok terrible service– the second time there were 4 of us and the filet mignon was NOT. The manager tried to convince us it was. I am not an expert but the 2 cattlemen were! It was tough, and beat until it was flat! Never again

Good food reasonable prices. Staff friendly and attentive. Log cabin feel décor makes for a relaxing dining atmosphere.

Food took a while. Was very good. Had to send appetizers back, very stale chips. Friendly staff.

I enjoy coming to Jersey Lily’s for both lunch and dinner. The staff is consistently cheerful and the food is consistently well prepared.
My favorite steakhouse in the area.

So this was a Roadhouse without the fun of throwing peanuts, like I’m used to. I ordered a Sirloin salad which I didn’t particularly care for. They didn’t have my fave dressing, balsamic, so I settled on Italian. The bacon bits had a smoked flavor resembling salty ham, but a nice overall texture. The bread though — the bread was awesome! Nice, sweet, hot, fresh, yeast rolls, that reminded me of jumbo Kings Hawaiian Rolls.
The service was excellent and my steak was cooked medium-​rare to perfection, but the salad itself was mediocre at best, so I have to give this 3 stars since ultimately I was there for the food and not just the service. I would try this place again though if ever in the area, but would not order a salad again. Maybe this is just a steak and potatoes type of place.

Dinner with 4 friends. Ordered a 12 oz. Ribeye, received a Marinated Ribeye (yuck) I hate marinated meat especially teriyaki. When I asked the waitress. «Becca» about it, she stated” I wasn’t listening when I took your order” WTH? Management offered to replace steak but most of my company were almost finished with their meals, so I ate the steak despite my dislike of marinated meat. Baked potatoes were warm, not hot. Rolls were great, salads, cold and crisp. Management did adjust my bill, thank you for handling the problem so professionally. But Becca, get a grip girl, pay a freaking attention or find another line of work.

I give this 3 stars because of the service, not the food. This is the second time I’ve eaten here. Unfortunately both times the food has only been mediocre. I ordered the Philly Cheese steak and split it with my husband. I wasn’t very big, maybe 6“and honestly I think it was a large hotdog roll. There was no cheese that I could see, just a few mushrooms and the roll was dry. Terrible disappointment. The complementary rolls were good and the fries were ok. Think twice before ordering their cheese steak, that’s all I have to say.

Food was average. Bill was over charged by .50. This is not a large amount at all but if every person is charge .50 extra that would add up. The manage didn’t know what happened and said he would look into it… must be a glich in computer. Probably wouldn’t go here again… I really expected the food to be much better.

Had a very enjoyable meal here last night. The restaurant was clean and appealing. The served was very attentive without being too much so. Our meals were prepared perfectly and served hot. The prices are also very reasonable. Will definitely go there again.

Food not bad ribs a little fatty not slowed cooked. All you can eat but can’t take what you leave on plate. Nachos were soggy from the runny chilli.

I had dinner with friends at this location this evening. Service was fair at best, waitress was somewhat inattentive. Food was average, of 3 meals ordered, 1 was served hot, one warm and one cold. This was my first experience with Jersey Lily’s, not impressed at all.

Met there for lunch with family. We received a warm friendly welcome, and were seated immediately. Food was excellent. Steak cooked to perfection, even my wife’s «Pittsburgh» steak was par excellent. We all ordered from the $ 5.99 lunch menu. Portions were more than generous for the price. Our waitress, Megan, was warm and friendly, very attentive to our needs, and a joy to work with. I asked to talk to the manager, and he was quickly at the our table and friendly. I just wanted to commend him for the food quality, and wonderful service we received. We highly recommend going there.

We arrived at a nearby hotel at 9:00PM without having had any dinner. Jersey Lily’s was right across the street and we were not disappointed that we chose to go there.
When we arrived nearly all of the staff was busy cleaning and setting tables, but we were soon seated near the entrance which was a bit cold. We asked to be seated in another area and we were, but it seemed that it was done somewhat reluctantly. We wondered if perhaps we had arrived near closing time and asked our server once seated.
Our server, who was was welcoming, friendly, prompt, polite and professional, assured is that we had plenty of time to order and enjoy a meal.
We were impressed with the simple lettuce, chopped tomato and crumpled bacon salad which was cold, crisp and it arrived on an ice cold dish. Tasty and refreshing.
My wife’s 5 oz. filet was cooked slightly passed the requested medium, but it was tasty and tender. My 7oz NY Strip steak was cooked just as requested and our accompanying baked potatoes were just right.
We would certainly give Jersey Lily’s another try.
