FIrst of all, the hygentists are really good. Aside from keeping my mouth open, I barely felt anything. The conversation we had was great. Doctor came in and check me out and we were all done. I’ve had dental offices try to sell me on services I don’t need. I take good care of my teeth, I know I have soft spots and deep groves. Other dental offices would try to convince me I needed to fill cavities. 13+ years laters, No cavities. Infact, I haven’t had a filling since I was 17 and figured out how to pick a good dentist who wouldn’t do work to bill my insurance. I love the hygentists and doctors at Kaiser.

I wrote my review 18 months after my experience with Kaiser. It took that long for my emotions to settle. I got an apparently computer-generated response (from «Thomas»), which promised to send me a private message, which I assume he knows is impossible. He ensured that I could not contact him directly because he left no contact information but I now know that Kaiser frowns upon racism from its employees (I guess).
My experiences at that site reflect a corporate culture which cannot possibly be corrected with a memo or a phone call. Nice way to add insult to injury, Kaiser. I am a 60±year old black man. Imagine this was you…
