Mills Jacobson Halliday, PC near downtown Salem Oregon was started in 1972 by Michael Mills and has grown into a thriving practice today with 4 attorneys and several support staff and law clerks. Over the years our attorneys have become skilled at handling a vast array of legal issues including Chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcy, estate planning, commercial and construction litigation and much more.

David J.

Business Owner

David Jacobson is a partner at Mills Jacobson Halliday, PC. His primary focus has been on construction & real estate law, bankruptcy, corporate law, and business litigation. He is bar certified in the state of Oregon and in the United States District Court, District of Oregon. David also holds positions on the Executive Board of the Cascade Pacific Council of the Boy Scouts of America and on the Site Council of West Salem High School. He received his JD from Willamette University College of Law. Prior to entering the legal field, David spent several years as a general contractor. His prior experience gives him a practical understanding of the needs and challenges of businesses and individuals outside of the practice of law.
