I don’t have one negative thing to say about my experience here! My father has been in with them before, so it was recommended to me when I needed something done with my out-of-date laptop. I went in– dropped off my computer for fixing & it was ready the next day! Great prices, friendly service from the guy at the front(Tony, or Tory I think). All around a great experience & I’d most definitely recommend them to anyone in need of computer fixing. A+

When my daughter had an issue with her computer this company was fair, friendly, and knew their products. They were able to get my daughter up and running again quickly and at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend using this company and i am so glad i found them.

I had good success with them in the past repairing/fixing my computer. So when my wife had problems with her laptop, I suggested we bring it there to have the problems evaluated and see if they were fixable. The guy at the desk looked at it and saw a lot of junk to be removed, cleaned it in 10 minutes and we were on our way. Excellent service and the price was excellent.

Went there when our desktop needed to be replaced. They built us one to our specs and at a great price. Went back when our laptop needed to be fixed and were not disappointed. Again great service, great price. Won’t go anywhere else.

Great service and affordable! They swapped out my old HD for a new solid state drive and I din’t have a single issue. I dropped my computer off and picked up a couple days later and that was it. I would recommend this business to a friend.

A word-of-mouth reference lead me to Microseconds when I wanted to replace my laptop. I was going to look for a used/refurbished/open box to save some money but found a new laptop for the amount of money I wanted to spend. The staff was very helpful answering my questions. I even saved money over the Geek Squad across the street with a staff-recommended solution to copy off data from my old laptop to my new one. I’ll definitely continue to do business with them and pass along their name Their customer service is invaluable. I’m pleased as punch with my new laptop.

OK, so I had such another super cool experience here that I wanted to write another review about these guys. I have a Dell desktop that is quite out dated but wanted to make it as good as it can be. It is a dell Dimension 4700 so I have 4 dimm slots. I called dell and ordered the RAM and received it like 10 days later. I popped the RAM in and it cranked… for 5 minutes then got a blue screen. Reooted, then the same. I called DELL and wanted to know what to do. They said I ave no support contract and would not help me. I called back and pleaded with them that I spent money on RAM and it doesnt work. They said cant help me. I called the parts part of Dell and finally got someone that said«it should work» but couldnt help me further. I got so upset I returned the RAM and was just upset anyway from talking to someone in India. I then called Crucial ram and told them my issue. They said update the BIOS and it would work. Well, I was kind of disheartened by the whole thing and never did anything. I updated the BIOS maybe a month later only because I was doing another update. I decided today to max the RAM out again(6 months later) and went to Microseconds. I almost bought the wrong RAM(my comp does not support 2 gig sticks) and the kid begind the counter knew to tell me. I bought 41 gig sticks and was on my merry way. I was happy that they helped me with a future issue. I got home, popped in the RAM and then the blue screen. I called back and spoke with Tom(Tech). He began to tell me that I couldnt have all 4 sticks in there and told me a whole background why. I tried his suggestion and he was right. He helped me when Dell told me to go kill myself basically. The point of this review is customer service. Tom and the guys there are awesome. If you are looking for a good place to bring your computer, get a computer or even need some parts and help… this is by far the best, most knowledgable places I have ever been to… and they are cheap!!! Thanks Tom and Microseconds!!!
