I came into being his tenant when my landlord unexpectedly passed away and the property was sold. for months while we waited for a buyer i was worried that a rental company would come in and take over and change everything we loved! instead, we got Nelson rentals and i loved renting from Brian. I actually look to see if he has any other listings before i look elsewhere. I would rent from him in a heartbeat.
