Where do I start .
Walked in sat at the bar took about 10 minutes for the owner to say im moving as fast and I can im sure you guys want something to drink right. I said yes i would like a coffee and then he walked away into the kitchen to put dishes away. He came back a few minutes later and took our order. While we were a half hour into waiting for out meals, the owner Nick came over to us and said oh your not going to die of starvation are you? (Didnt appologize for the long wait, instead was mocking us for looking around. After waiting 45 minutes our meal came (egg sandwich, french toast and bacon.) The egg sandwich was okay, the french toast had no cinnamon or flavor and the bacon came out when we were finished with our meals. Overall I thought the staff was really rude and needs to learn some customer service skills. I would never return.

Best Bacon Egg & Cheese. Ever. This is my favorite local breakfast place. The food is always good, the service friendly and the bill reasonable or less. When I’m in a hurry or haven’t been to the market, I swing in for a breakfast sandwich to go and an ice coffee on my way to the train. SO MUCH BETTER THAN DUNKIN DONUTS. Leaps and bounds better, just as quick and easy and more affordable! I’m out of there under $ 5. My husband and I have had many a hung over morning brunch here as well and they’re always respectful of Hangry when we sit looking obviously worse for wear.
Quality food. Cooked like home.

Really good coffee. They only accept cash though. I’m always in and out but it has a cute diner feel. My only complaint is that the coffee cups are a little thin, and I don’t see coffee sleeves, so the cup does get pretty hot.

We went on a Saturday in summer at 10 am, and only 3 tables were taken. That should tell you everything you need to know.
This place is truly old school. The décor is pretty bland and dumpy, but relatively clean. Service is very friendly.
The menu is totally basic– eggs and pancakes pretty much. Nothing inventive or modern whatsoever. It is however dirt cheap– two meals and two coffees for $ 12… What?!
In the end, this type of place (dumpy, friendly and cheap) is a great find if the food is good. So we were excited to taste it. Unfortunately, it wasn’t. Soggy muffin, no flavor on the home fries, watery coffee, bland oily eggs. Wanted to love this place, but sadly, won’t be coming back.
