Have been trying to get someone on the phone to discuss a questionable bill($ 580 for a 15 minute discussion about heartburn). It’s been six months and I’ve gotten nowhere. Office manager didn’t accept voicemail, doesn’t return messages left with reception. Same for people in the billing department.

Had been going to this office for my PC Dr. for a number of years now before finally having enough and going elsewhere. During that time I experienced numerous«billing errors» 1 appointment my Dr. wasn’t available and I saw a NP. The office billed it as a Specialist visit until I caught it. Every time I go for my physical, the office policy is to give patients an unnecessary EKG so they can bill you for that. Under MA’s health law and Obamacare, Routine Physicals are supposed to be no-copay. Well, that’s not good enough for NSPG, so they pad the bills with unnecessary extras. And here’s the fun part, even if you refuse it, and they don’t perform it, they bill you for it anyway! That’s called BILLINGFRAUD! This being a part of the Partners Network explains it. The biggest ripoff SOB’s in the field. I’d avoid this facility at all costs. Add that to the fact that it’s affiliated with the Salem Hospital dump is more than enough reason
