Papa John’s Pizza

This is my first Unilocal review ever, but I felt it was completely necessary. I decided to pick up my pizza as they do not deliver to my area in Keizer but thought nothing of it (about a 15 min drive). Upon arrival the place had a few people standing inside but I prepaid/​pre-​ordered so I thought it would be quick. While I was standing there a large man standing next to the cashiers counter was very vocal and constantly harassing me… he even referred to himself as «dirty Ernie» …I am pretty sure he was an employee. I was completely disgusted an just wanted him to quit talking to me.
Finally I was able to get my pizza and run out of there. I drove home another 15 min and arrived to open the boxes of pizza. OMG are you kidding me? They looked like «party pizzas» from the grocery store and the taste was about the same. absolutely terrible AND they forgot the pepperoni.
Do NOT pay even $ 3.00 from this place your better off buying 3 McDonalds cheeseburgers from the dollar menu… Totally foul food and one disgusting employee.

Haven’t gotten a pizza from them in a long while. Decided to order one and have it delivered. Pepperoni — pretty basic. Yuck! not only were there very few slices, it was so tasteless! Don’t know what changed, but I won’t go back.

I love their pizza and the customer service, always accommodating and always super affordable. The Hawaiian pizza is by far my favorite in the regular crust, but really everything I have ordered from them is super good. I really like the late hours and quick delivery.

The wonderful taste of Papa John’s Pizza may be overlapped by their lack of urgency when it comes to delivery. Their website says, «30−40 minutes estimated ready time». We waited over an hour and still no good. This is pretty poor customer service in my mind, even for a Friday evening. Might reconsider next time.

Ordered some pizzas to celebrate with my colleagues. I called to order my pizza, and arrived to pick it up about 45 minutes later. The place was empty and my pizzas weren’t even made. The guy I spoke with on the phone was there, and didn’t even remember taking my order. I didn’t have much time, but I waited it out.
The guys who made my pizza did not wear gloves and had flour all over his hands. He went from making pizza to typing on the computer. Pretty sure this is some kind of health issue or something…

You know, we have ordered from this property on two occasions and both time the service was great. Delivered in a timely fashion and the pizza was hot and delicious. And the delivery drivers have been kind and courteous. Yes, we will be ordering from this property again in the future. I would recommend this property.

quality has really dropped, guess the other cheap pizza places have hurt them

I was highly disapointed with the food from here. I ordered a pizza and chicken strips. First off, the chicken strips were more like chicken tenders, small size not worh the cost. Then we have the pizza… the crust wad not very goid and the overall pizza was just plane disapointing. The only good thing was that the delivery was vary fast.

Why are you looking this up on Unilocal?Why am I reviewing it? It’s delicious fast pizza, the same you can get at any Papa Johns anywhere else in the county. I especially like it after a long Sunday run. This branch served it up without any complaints from me.
