I have to say I was not impressed. I expected it to have more of a pirate theme on the inside, since they advertise it as such. The carpets were filthy and the tables had not been cleared in a very long time. The pizza we ordered was a hawaiin and any hawaiin pizza is supposed to have a sweet sauce not marinara pizza sauce and the crust was hard. I’m not impressed with the fact nobody comes by to see if you need anything granted its a self serve but you should want to check o.j. your customers. The wings were great. I am a mixologist and have been for many years and good customer service is the way to make more money. The arcade smelled like urine and the carpets were stained. I know they have been around for along time and i hope they get these things fixed.

As far as pizza parlors go — I am a fan of Pietro’s. Truth be told — I hadn’t been to a Pietro’s Pizza in YEARS! The Seattle area no longer has any(at least as far as I know) but I remembered it fondly from the days of soccer /T-Ball parties. We decided to stop by on a recent vacation to see if it was similar to what we remembered. I am happy to say it was. The pizza tasted exactly the same! This location had a few more video games then I remembered which I cannot complain about! We had a great time playing pop a shot, some old western shoot em game, and the Jurassic Park video game. Thanks for the memories Pietro’s!

Was talking to store n neighbors at the same time… but its all good n another pizza is on the way! Thanks, but let’s not tell my Dr!!! Lol! I love ur pizza! And ur service!

I had a personal Hawaiian pizza and bread sticks. The bread sticks were awful and the pizza wasn’t very good either. I will not be going there again.

This was the worst pizza ever, just horrible. Salad was wilted and old. The best thing was the soda.

I LOVE Pietro’s Pizza, they have probably one of the best Pizza’s in town. In fact many competitors try to imitate them. Their pizzas are always loaded with toppings and I love their super thin crispy crust. It’s excellent cold the next day too! They have a nice arcade and a mini-golf course indoors and a nice little laser tag arena.

Cardboard crust, cold pizza, no sauce, terrible service, dirty diningroom, staff eating their own food while making yours. at the same time. ick

Pietro’s was a childhood favorite I didn’t get to visit very often so was excited to try it again so many years later while passing through town. Ordered a custom pizza & was really happy with the outcome. The staff was super friendly & allowed us to modify one of their specialty pizzas which I think ended up being less expensive than a build-your-own. If you’re a fan of spicy, try our fave: pepperoni, crispy bacon, pineapple, jalapeños & garlic on red(extra) sauce. Absolutely delicious! Don’t forget a side of ranch if you’re feeling extra indulgent! Can recommend this location; thanks for the memories Pietro’s!

They deliver and have gluten free crust. The pizza had tons of ingredients and was fresh as hell! It was by far one of the best pizzas I have had in a long time. They were cheaper then papa johns. Highly recommend!

Came here the other day and had some really good sushi. Outside looks bad but the inside was ok. Did all you can eat. Have some good rolls that I have never tried before.

Pizza was good but not cut into slices correctly and then ½ the games were broken. Very disappointed kids kept having to wait for games since so many were out of order. Will not come back dave and busters is way better.

I have a group of 6 and we are staying at the hotel next door. The natural choice was to come here and it was a pleasant surprise. It was pretty packed and we had to wait a minute for a table. The staff was very friendly. We placed our order and had it all within 15 minutes. Afterwards the kids and I hit the arcade and had a blast with the old fashion tokens and tickets. Very pleased with our choice to come here.

Pirates, lazer tag, and pizza. What do these things have in common? In the voice of Samuel Jackson«not a damn thing!» But for reals, it’s good combination. The pizza is good, but I think the taco pizza could use improvement. Lazer tag is awesome, not good for people with asthma though. Plenty of quarter sucking games for the kids, good atmosphere. The salad bar is real bit or miss. I half expect a pube in there someday. Bonus point for having Pepsi products and good beer.

I travel to Salem regularly for business. Tonight I was on Hawthorne on my way back to my room from a hard days work. So I stopped at Pietro’s and picked up some lasagna, breadsticks and salad, for take-out. The salad was ok. Not real fresh, but not wilted. The lasagna was horrible. The doppia riccia(noodles) were mushy, the cheese had a weird consistency that reminded me of Velveeta!!! The meat sauce had an awful taste. I have had better frozen TV dinners! To add insult to injury… the bread sticks were like oversized croutons, hard, and cold.

Stopped by for lunch today and thought the pizza was pretty good. It took a little while, but not quite long enough for me to go up and ask about it. The salad bar was ok, not great, but served the purpose. I thought the veggies were too big — carrots, «baby» corn, radishes and broccoli were all a big large. I like the veggies small for salad. We ordered a small combo pizza and added onion and green pepper and we were very happy with that. The crust was crispy and it was topped nicely. It looks like a fun place for kids. We didn’t play any of the games, but thought it was funny that there was a also Wunderland arcade next door. That brought back some memories from high school! Would definitely stop in again if ever traveling through Salem.

We ordered a pizza and were told that it would take approx 35 minutes. Pizza was delivered to our table almost an hour later. Pizza was okay but the tomatoes were barely red(mostly green) and not edible. The restaurant was not very crowded. The table across from us was left with dirty dishes for at least 45 minutes. Not very appetizing to look at. We left and the table was still dirty. We have visited Pietro’s many times in the past 7 years. Pizza was always excellent and very good service. Not sure what happened to such a great place. Probably will never visit again.

Really good food here. Service if you can call it that is a lil interesting… its cafeteria style but they still solicited tips on the debit/credit receipt. Not sure why they do that if everything is self service. Out of all the food that could be salvaged in the salad bar was good but it was extremely filthy. Lots of brown lettuce, low balance of food items, cross over and food every where, including the floor. The saving grace? The food that we ordered was awesome. We had lasagna, little Italy pizza, breadsticks, and they were the best breadsticks I had ever had in my entire life. Also on the plus side is that they have Squirt on tap! What I had of the lasagna was great but be aware that it is 70% marinara. I took a picture of it to show you how much was noodle and how much was marinara. The lasagna portion was less than the size of your palm. We’ll be back but we’ll be careful of what we order and skip the salad bar if it looks horrible again.

My review is based on delivery and not the place itself. I actually refuse to eat there because the place is so busy and swarming with kids running around. Love having Pietro’s delivery over other joints like pizza hut, dominos, etc. Its worth the extra couple of dollars for much fresher ingredients. Although Pietro’s is not my favorite pizza brand to eat, it is my favorite style of pizza crust(Oregon/NW Style), so it is a nice option for delivery. The staff is always friendly, my order is always delivered well before the quoted time on the phone and it is always hot and fresh tasting.
