Princess Nails

I’ve gone to many nail salons and this one was one of the worst. I came in with a friend to get my nails done with nobody in the salon and the guy rushed through the whole thing. The salon was dirty and my nails were sloppy. I wish I could say something good about the place but it’s really not worth the time. There are places with the same rates that do a much better job.

I was pretty shocked by how dirty the salon was. We even found a dead bug in the UV light that our hands were in… I was thankful I didn’t get cut at all. The guy also super rushed through the whole thing, and my nails were wicked sloppy. To top it off, the color was completely different from their painted sample.
Finally, I know that swastikas can mean good fortune and whatnot, but they are also a nazi symbol and you should probably put a little more thought into getting a swastika tattoo on your wrist, especially when you work with customers…

I have gone here many times, and have had the same experience over and over so I feel that I must write. I cannot go back. I would be remiss if I didn’t say that the owner, Don, and his mother both seem very nice. I wish «nice» would cut it. But the place and work is not so great. As a matter of fact, the salon is filthy. I mean filthy. The bathroom is always dirty, the walls are dirty, the doors are dirty. You get the picture. I have acrylic nails. The owner does very sloppy work. (I believe he must have good skills and can do better, however, we need to see this executed; not just in theory and/​or potential.) He had polish all over my nails. He did not bother to clean all of it up. The acrylic went over my cuticles and 3 nails lifted within the week because of this. There were lumps and bumps. It was just messy and quick work, and I was embarrassed over how my nails looked. So, as much as I like them as people, I just will not go back. It’s unfortunate, because if he (the owner) slowed down, took his time, as well as REALLY cleaned up salon, and got all the grime off, I would consider going back. I’m rooting for them, and I hope if they read this, they will take it to heart so that they will clean up their place and salon and show some pride!

I had gone here on and off a few years ago and it was ok basically close to my house and convenient. Not the cleanest places. Usually easy to get an appointment. Last week I had gone in just to get my nails done. The service was quick. How ever the next day my nail Polish was peeling off my nails! I didn’t shower… or do dishes… They just started peeling off! 3 fingers peeled off by the 2^nd day 5 fingers peeled off! I was so upset! When I get my nails done, they usually last a week! It was obvious the nail Polish was mixed with nail polish remover because the color that was put on my hands didn’t match my toes even though the name of the Polish was the same… I had a pedi and mani done the week before with the same color polish at a different clean super awesome salon. My Nails looked great and lasted over a full week! (I was unable to get an appointment for the time I wanted to oh there again) I didn’t think much about getting a color change on my hands seeing it was the same exact color and no tools would be used on me. Well, I have learned never to go back there again! Cheap products… Not the cleanest of places!

Their prices are just about the same as any other nail salon in the area — but you are better served going elsewhere. The actual salon is messy and cluttered. The staff aren’t too friendly and their nail polish selection is old — some bottles NEED to be thrown away. On my most recent trip there (only for use of a gift card from Christmas), my friend and I received pedicures and were waiting for our manicures to follow. The staff forgot about us and let us sit, waiting, in the pedi chairs for over an hour and a half AFTER our services! Some customer service!

First time for mani pedi they were great. Loved it. Will be back!!!

I have been going to princess nails for 6+ years. The owners of the shop are always accommodating and willing to squeeze you in with or without an appointment. They have been my go to shop for manicures and pedicures always.
