Two Men and a Truck

We were quoted one price and then charged more at the end. The original quote was for two hours and would include setup of the beds. Not only did they NOT set up the beds, but they charged extra at the end. They said that they needed to charge for «drive time». There was never a mention of drive time during the initial two phone conversations. Charged almost an extra $ 200 on top of the original quote. Distance between two houses was only about 10 miles. Don’t recommend.

We used Two Men and Truck in Salem for a big 500 mile interstate move. They were great! The office staff, Nikki and Jessica, were very responsive to questions and stayed in great contact with me throughout the planning stages and the actual move itself. The estimate was very straight forward. On the day of the move our two movers Ryan and Lonnie showed up and were very professional. They worked very hard and were able to load up quickly and efficiently. The local Manager Ronnie even came by to help because of the size of the move and the distance the guys needed to drive that day. The drivers stayed in great contact and arrived at our new home the next day with all of our stuff. They unloaded it very efficiently and made sure to ask where I wanted certain heavy items to be placed. There was no damage to any of our furniture. I had such a great experience, Much better than moves in the past. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone!

Overcharged (had to call to correct) and didn’t complete the move. Would not recommend.
