I went there the other day to return a shaving machine that i had original purchase from Walgreen in beverly, it was 100 $ machine that my husband tried and he did not think its worth the 100 $ so we decided to return it when i walked in of course i had to wait in line for a long time and finally when my turn came the manager (Cathrin) looked at the receipt and immediately said no thats from beverly im nit returning! So i said how come? She said its a 100 $ return and you got it from beverly so you need to return it there! So i said i understand you dont want to take a loss today but its one system and i have always returned or exchanged stuff from other Walgreens as well! So she says my computer wont do it sorry and turned her back! I was fuming honestly, you dont treat customers like that! Thats why i decided to give this review.

This location is much better than the Derby street location and a better parking lot. Mike was hilarious and full of energy! I wish I was half as excited as he was about his job going into work everyday.
Store was clean and organized and I was able to find what I needed without issue.

i am writing this review because i checked in here. the people are dopes outside at the redbox. people don’t pull into the parking spots directly across from the redbox but instead park AT the redbox, almost always in godzilla-sized SUVs, because they are lazy. i went in to this walgreens once after having my wisdom teeth extracted and i’m pretty sure they were looking at me like i was a shifty second-class citizen. i prefer this walgreens to the one downtown, though. the downtown one is bodega-y and i’m a lover of suburban, large and in charge drugstores.

I have been in here a handful of times and have never found anything remotely appealing about it.
The store is always a mess, the people are rude, both customers and the staff, and nothing is ever even worth the little bit of money you spend on it.
The one redeeming quality is that they have a RedBox OUTSIDE. And the redeeming factor is that you don’t actually have to go in the building to use it.
I love RedBox! but not so much this Walgreens.

Drive thru pharmacy, cleaner store, nice people, easier parking.
This is the better of the two Walgreens in Salem. The one on Derby is a joke; it takes an hour to pay for one thing, scary people hang around the doors and it seems that every other day the police are there.
