Worst delivery service ever. I’m allergic to dairy. Made a very specific and simple order. Original, bone in wings and plain bread sticks. They completely screwed up my order and took over an hour to get a replacement out. Called the restaurant, spoke with the manager, and he confirmed that my order was correct in the computer. Ridiculous. If this were my establishment, I would send out the replacement immediately. Not piggy backing on the deliveries of other orders. I had pretzels for dinner. Yay.
Food finally arrived, an hour and a half after my original order. It came from a different store, arrived cold and was missing the sauce for the bread sticks. I can’t believe I paid for this.
