We wanted take out for 3. Waited 10 – 15 minutes in the lobby. Was not acknowledged. There were 3 – 4 waitresses in there working. Not one said hello. It was strange. We left.

Stop at McDonald’s before you go to eat here and get s gourmet meal as compared to there food. Had the calamari… or what they claim it is… Came snd was breaded sticks of eh as t resembled and chewed like ½“square white rubber that tasted like ammonia. Cut my losses and ordered the chicken parmigiano. It came snd it was two deep fried chicken tenders with some sauce and melted cheese on top of a bowl of spaghetti! Service was slow, and the bartender needs to go to charm school. Halfway through dinner, the waitress hands us our bill as tells us she’s working another side of the resteraunt and needs our party of 10 to settle our bill… wow! Not a bad band… go for the music and cocktails but pass on the expensive food…

My family and I came to this place to have a late lunch because I love their lasagna. We walked in and were seated shortly, but got up and walked out because the place smelled like URINE! I have heard people mention that they have stopped coming here for that same reason, but I have never noticed it. I thought about placing the order to go, but if they place smells like piss what can the oven and kitchen look like. Went somewhere else instead.

Wish I would of paid attention to the reviews, and friends who said don’t eat here, but I didn’t…
I’ve passed by Casa Sorrento hundreds of times and I wanted to try it for myself… My bad
I really love pizza and this was one of the few times I didn’t take my leftovers home, which in this case was most of the pizza :-(
It really was one of the strangest tasting pizzas I’ve ever ate, seriously. Kinda like a blob of cheese on under cooked toppings, and I like cheese ! Thank goodness for Pepto-​Bismol… but seriously, I felt terrible most of the night… :-(
On the positive side, my Server was super friendly and attentive !

The first time we came we had pizza the crust was so hard you couldn’t chew it and we waited 40 minutes for it. But a friend suggested that we go back for the pasta. So we did we ordered the antipasti. The garlic was burned and totally hard and they gave us Parmesan cheese but it was the rind. After waiting another 30 my husband who has the patience of Job said lets go. So we cancelled the rest of our order and left. The booth next to us came at least 20 minutes after us and were almost done with their meal when we left. We tried twice. Won’t be back!

This place is great! I think next time I will try the white sauce pizza. But the beer was good and so was the pizza. we had half margherita pizza and half BBQ chicken. The BBQ chicken was much better than the other, but they were both good!

Went in to ask for a take out menu to show my wife, but was told they don’t have any. Fair enough. Many restaurants don’t.
But upon hearing I wasn’t going to eat right then and there, the blonde woman who answered my question made it clear I wasn’t worth her time. She couldn’t even be bothered to respond when I said ‘thank you’ and awkwardly left while being ignored. At no time did she even look at me even though they weren’t busy. She never even turned to face me.
My wife and I bartended for several years and served meals from the kitchen. I understand the difficulty of working tables and I virtually never complain about service. But on a quiet day like this, there is no excuse.
I had been wanting to try the place for a while now, but I’ve lost all desire to go there now.

Haven’t been here in years but still has that family and friends gather here feeling. Ashley our waitress and an old family friend was nice and polite. The food was good and filling had to take the rest home. Got to go back on their happy hour nights.

Best gluten free pizza in town! Great location and atmosphere. Best vegetarian pizza too. I am bummed the last two times I have been there there wine selection has diminished next to nothing! They keep saying there in the process of getting new wines. Hurry up or you may lose this customer.

I love the Pizza here, epecially the Chicken Garlic. Tons of delicious cheese and a very tasty white sauce. All the pizzas are really well done and the pizzas have a ton of toppings. So many places are stingy with the toppings but not here. The crust is very delicious. Crunchy and chewy. We enjoy also the salads… the wedge is fresh and made with really crispy lettuce and super cold accompaniments. Order the house made blue cheese. They have lots of entertainment and a great bar. We don’t usually dine in any longer. It’s not our crowd. But we know plenty of people who do enjoy it. Check the website out for specials daily. Sunday is half priced priced spaghetti and meatballs (dine in only).

Just had lunch with friends there today. At what time is it okay for a server to try to get a customer to accept something they didn’t order? Especially when the customer explained how they wanted their item prepared in the first place. Then when it is delivered a second time, try to convince the customer that tomatoes WERE on the sandwich, under the melted cheese. Must be special Casa Sorrento tomatoes that take on the appearance of whatever they are next to. The assistant manager was called and proceeded to doubletalk and make excuses that the menu was old, the cooks were new, etc etc etc. At any rate, I was not impressed and will not return.

The eggplant sandwich was overcooked, mooshy and had no taste. Don’t go here. And the heavyset waitress had an attitude. She should be retrained. Or trained. You don’t debate with the customer. You apologize and make it right. I’ve eaten hear several times. And I’ve noticed the management here really don’t care about doing right to the customers. You don’t fix a mistake by just adding two pieces of bread to it. Seriously, you have a new menu and the staff is not trained on it. Good job Casa Sorrento. I work for the state, and I will be emailing my department and other departments about my bad experience. I hope management reads this and makes some major improvements.

Tuesdays are half price pizza and beer. The pizza is pretty good and has a lot of cheese. The hot wings are my favorite and I can’t think of wings that I like better anywhere else. My main gripe is most of the staff like to text and be on their phones. I have been in here and seen my waitress twice in one hour, and some times when it’s not even busy. If some of the servers would not spend all night texting on their phone and focus more on serving I would give it a higher rating.

Please take out high chairs of the bathrooms. Gross. They’re under /​near paper towel dispenser and you know some nasty Mc Nasty isn’t going to use soap and then splash their nasty pee watered hands all over those chairs.
Other than that I like this place. I ordered the platter and it has a lot of food, for 11 $ and its pretty tasty. I suggest some basil leaves and maybe fresh tomatoes or peppers rather than the floppy stuff they out on there.
Came on a Friday for the DJs. Loved it. Had a lot of fun!

Every time I’ve eaten there, it’s been pretty good. TODAY HOWEVER, was in no way, shape or form classified as pretty good…
It was AWESOME.
I placed an order to-​go with the pickup name of Maricela, we ordered 3 Lasagnas, burger and eggplant sandwich. Whomever helped us on the phone, (I can’t remember your name) You were a sweetheart, thank you.
I’m confused that the rating isn’t at least a 4 star, the place is delicious and I like the atmosphere. I will however, only give a 4 star rating, due to the fact the menu doesn’t have more, That’s my only complaint. Bigger burger menu, because I don’t think you guys quite grasp how good you make a burger.
Here is what I would add:
–Bigger Burger Menu
–More appetizers
–More desserts
–I’d love to see more beef/​steak items (with seafood)
These are just my personal opinions, don’t think I’m nit-​picking. I still give a 4 star rating. Keep up the great work over at Casa Sorrento!
